Good food, but it's really slow service due to the lack of staff. We went for tuesday night around 6 pm, ordered just only seafood salad & curry. It took like 45min for only 2 meals.Voir plus

Great for meals to share over date night. The scallop coconut curry is still by far my favorite thing on the menu, but the papaya salad is also exceptionally delicious. Great drinks, great music, great atmosphere.Voir plus

Thai cuisine has always been one of my favorites, & Pamika has definitely satisfied my expectations. The level of spice in their noodles, soups, or salads is just on point. The waiters are also very attentive, the resto has a nice ambience overall. Will definitely return!Voir plus

What a great experience! Went to pamika for dinner with a group of friends & we really enjoyed our evening. We started with drinks, I ordered the'meditation' which came presented on a little stand with a dramatic effect & tasted very fresh & fruity.
For appetizers we ordered the papaya salad which was delicious & the sugar cane shrimp which has a very special sweet & savory taste. I highly recommend these two dishes!
We also had the pad thai which we loved!
The service in this restaurant is excellent, the waiters are very attentive & take the time to explain each dish when presented on the table.
I highly recommend this place!Voir plus

Nice looking place & the staff are very attentive (maybe too attentive at times). The food was just okay for the price, could have had more depth of flavour (green curry). The beef in the beef salad was barely chewable, unfortunately. The vibe of the restaurant is beautiful & they seem to accommodate big groups.Voir plus

Honestly, one of the biggest rip off in Montreal. Incredibly expensive for sub-par quality at best. I went for Montreal à table, & the 80$ fixed menu felt like a scam. The quality of the food was poor, curry was not well done. Tried to upsell us every time they could. Tartares were delicious. Salads were well executed. Service was absolutely awful. Took over 30 minutes to even get acknowledged by the service staff. One of our servers was really nice, I wish I remembered his name, but he's the only reason why I am not giving 1 star to this restaurant. I do not recommend.Voir plus

The service is good, the restaurant is nicely decorated but the food is very mid. We ordered the tasting menu at $75 (got overcharged by a couple of dollars at the end when we checked our receipt but I digress) & were disappointed with the selection. The minced duck with cabbage leaf was underwhelming, as were the fried shrimp & fried pork on sugar canes. The grilled pork slices with sticky rice & papaya salad were bland & nothing extraordinary. The braised paneang beef & fried shrimp & fried papaya salad were enjoyable. I probably should have chosen à la carte instead of tasting menu but if this is what they are offering clients to explore & discover Thai cuisine, it is disappointing. Furthermore, we had leftovers that we got packaged up. We saw the waitress leave it on the waiters counter & walk away, only for another waiter to pile other dirty plates on top of our remaining food. The waitress came back, saw what happened & we witnessed a little back & forth exchange before they took off the top plates & willingly decided to place our now contaminated food in takeaway containers anyway. We were too appalled to say anything so we paid & left.

Beautiful design & warm atmosphere with effective service. The food is a bit bland for Thai cuisine, but highly instagrammable, which I guess is the main selling point for the place. The crispy shrimp & the seafood salad could not elicit any flavour, but the pork lemongrass was ok. We ordered the Pad Krad Prao with fried rice, but we ended up with white rice instead, which made the dish less interesting than expected. Value for money was good & portions were generous. So we left a bit disappointed but we can understand how this restaurant can appeal to a younger crowd or to tourists.Voir plus

Me & my partner had the pleasure to be served by the director of the restaurant. We ordered 1 drink each & the tasting menu(called something else). The starting bites were delicious, the duck entree was a miss for the both of us, barely rescued by us asking for the dipping sauce of the first course. The red curry beef was incredibly good with a rich & creamy sauce, spiced just right Then there was a shrimp with fried & crispy strings of some starch that were absolutely lovely. To continue, we had grilled beef cooked in a lovely marinade with a papaya salad & sticky rice. Finally the dessert was rather plain macarons with a pretty image. I had a pint of beer, & my partner who had 2.5 ounces of wine paid 1 dollar less than me. It felt too little. Overall we enjoyed our experience; the service was stellar although the food came a little too fast, the atmosphere was welcoming & beautiful. It's a little expensive for what it is, but if you can afford it you'll enjoy itVoir plus

We were 2 at the bar! Comfortable seats! Well greeted! We ordered the rolls, beef salad, green curry & massaman curry. All delicious!! Brought us back to Thailand! The cocktails were delicious Aswell! The barman who served us, gave us an 10/10 service. It was refreshing that they're people in the industry who can still deliver a great service! 180$: 4 cocktails, 1 entrée, 1 salade, 2 currys & we were full! Very content & will return!Voir plus

I celebrated my 29th birthday at Pamika on St-Laurent, & I couldn't be happier. I had made a reservation for 15 people, & the staff made sure to tend to our needs. My family & friends were there, which included age 25 to 65, & everyone felt happy & respected. Our waiter, Sam, was beyond expectations : patient, proactive, informative, sociable, & discreet. The food was absolutely delicious. I've been to Thailand myself, & the meals were the closest I've had in Montreal. I strongly recommend the beef salad & the phanaeng curry. There was a wide variety of cocktails, exotic & for all tastes. The atmosphere was beautiful with authentic decorations. Overall, I had a warm welcome for my birthday & I would go back anytime for special evenings with friends.

The interior & ambience was beautiful. The servers were fantastic. However, I found there was not much of a selection & although the dishes were tasty, it was just a little above average. I've had much, much better for less of a price. I had the salad with the duck, thinking that I would get a nice mix of greens. It was only a small portion romaine with tiny bits of duck as if someone put the meat through a meat grinder. For the price, I found this pretty cheap & stingy. The curry dish was the same story... very stingy portion for the price.Voir plus

Ther sevice was wayyyÿyy better than the food & drinks, like it was limit cringy.

First the drinks: on 5 diffirent orders, only 1 drink was pretty good (spicy margarita). The bourbon one was funky, but the 3 others were very disappointing. The pineapple one tasted water down, very sad for 22$

Then, the appetizers. The chicken satay were so small for the price, I can only recommend to skip them: very sad piece of dry meat. & 5 small pieces for 17$...

The papaya salad was ok.

Then the mains. Tasted like normal padthai & pad sew from any fastfoof thai joint. Nothing more.

We decided to cut short our meal due to disappointment.

We have eaten here few times before this year so we must compare the taste & quality compared to the previous years. Curry & most salads are still top! Just the mango salad & pad thai became less & less complex. Everything else, still very good.

The best Thai food I have had outside of Thailand! A great restaurant & dining experience from the wine to the mango salad to the pad Thai & red curry. So good I had to get take away for lunch the next day. The service was excellent & gluten free options were abundant. I highly recommend Pamika

The appetizers were delish ...Bangkok rolls & chicken skewers & shrimps with crispy egg noodles. The papaya salad wasn't as tangy as I would have liked! The pad Thai noodles were mushy. The chicken was hard & tasteless. The red curry seafood dish was good. The service was excellent.
