Very cute place, decor is elegant & refined. The service was excellent. The waiter was attentive & helpful with menu suggestions. The drinks were creative & colourful with an organic feel to them. The food was not bad but the dish I ordered, chicken pad that was under seasoned & very basic. The presentation was very nice for the other dishes & I was told they were very good. I would still recommend Pamika if you want a nice intimate setting & great drinks.Voir plus

Very nice atmosphere with good Thai food. Would appreciate more spice overall but still great dishes. Generous portions. Would recommend & come again to try more of their dishes! (We had started eating before taking the pictures. The plating is much nicer haha)Voir plus
While staying in a local hotel a guest recommended we come to this Thai restaurant for good food. We checked out the menu & it looked great, so we went. The host was great, very helpful & friendly, especially since we didn't have reservations & this place was booked solid. So, we sat at the bar, which was fine. The bartender was very helpful & the menu is pretty appetizing.
We tried several items & all were excellent! The 3 & 4 chili pepper indicators are spot on too! We sweated eating some of the food, for sure! Definitely get the Crying Tiger, the beef in it was outstanding! Nice & tender!! Save room for dessert, as the coconut ice cream was really good & the rice flour pudding was incredible!

What a great experience! Went to pamika for dinner with a group of friends & we really enjoyed our evening. We started with drinks, I ordered the'meditation' which came presented on a little stand with a dramatic effect & tasted very fresh & fruity.
For appetizers we ordered the papaya salad which was delicious & the sugar cane shrimp which has a very special sweet & savory taste. I highly recommend these two dishes!
We also had the pad thai which we loved!
The service in this restaurant is excellent, the waiters are very attentive & take the time to explain each dish when presented on the table.

Our first time at Pamika was an amazing experience. I went tonight with my family. We ordered a variety of starters & main dishes. Everything was tasty & so delicious. Service was great too & super friendly. Oh yes, we had drinks/cocktails to start with. Loved all of them. & the ambience at Pamika, the vibe, is perfect. Love the place, the food & the team. One of my favorite restaurent in Montréal! The best things are the salmon tartare & the beef paneng with sticky rice. You can't go wrong with those two! I usually not eat spicy 🌶️ but it is so amazingly good I can't stop myself. If you're real hungry I also recommend the pad thai. The satay wagyu is not recommended. It was very small & forgettable. For the same price you have the salmon tartare which is exceptional. We wanted beer but it was not available that evening. We ordered margaritas thai I think & it was really good! Honestly, one of the biggest rip off in Montreal. Incredibly expensive for sub-par quality at best. I went for Montreal à table, & the 80$ fixed menu felt like a scam. The quality of the food was poor, curry was not well done. Tried to upsell us every time they could. Tartares were delicious. Salads were well executed. Service was absolutely awful. Took over 30 minutes to even get acknowledged by the service staff. One of our servers was really nice, I wish I remembered his name, but he's the only reason why I am not giving 1 star to this restaurant. I do not recommend.Voir plus
Came here for Mtl a la table 4 course fixed menu. Underwhelming. Came with high expectations based on popularity & price, left disappointed. Food lacked innovation, unbalanced flavors, quite mediocre but somehow still pretentious. Nowhere near the quality/experience expected for an 80 CAD menu. The best Thai restaurant in Montreal (we are Thai people), we ordered a Thai taste for Som Tum Thai set(spicy&sourver), Pad kra Pao crispy pork & crispy shrimp then They cooked it pretty well. We really enjoyed the food including the atmosphere & the service. So I would recommend everyone who wants to taste Thai food with great service & a good atmosphere.Voir plus

Update: went again today, & the food was significantly worst than before. The Tom yum soup was tiny, the mango sticky rice was really hard & unflavoured, & the fried rice was also not very good. I celebrated my 29th birthday at Pamika on St-Laurent, & I couldn't be happier. I had made a reservation for 15 people, & the staff made sure to tend to our needs. My family & friends were there, which included age 25 to 65, & everyone felt happy & respected. Our waiter, Sam, was beyond expectations : patient, proactive, informative, sociable, & discreet. The food was absolutely delicious. I've been to Thailand myself, & the meals were the closest I've had in Montreal. I strongly recommend the beef salad & the phanaeng curry. There was a wide variety of cocktails, exotic & for all tastes. The atmosphere was beautiful with authentic decorations. Ther sevice was wayyyÿyy better than the food & drinks, like it was limit cringy.
First the drinks: on 5 diffirent orders, only 1 drink was pretty good (spicy margarita). The bourbon one was funky, but the 3 others were very disappointing. The pineapple one tasted water down, very sad for 22$
Then, the appetizers. The chicken satay were so small for the price, I can only recommend to skip them: very sad piece of dry meat. & 5 small pieces for 17$...
The papaya salad was ok.
Then the mains. Tasted like normal padthai & pad sew from any fastfoof thai joint. Nothing more.
