Today I went out for dinner with my family.
I'm a regular customer here, & I always eat the same food. Every time I go, the service is either good or bad. I don't understand why you have such an uncontrolled service.
The staff member who came to take my order was incredibly indifferent. It was as if they no longer wanted to work.
I wasn't expecting such low service quality.
Today I ordered my usual meal. I waited 20 minutes, & the wrong food arrived. Then we waited another 15 minutes for them to correct the mistake. Of the four people at the table, only two received their food; the other two had to wait. I ordered a children's menu for my son, which included a drink & ice cream with his meal. He was given his meal, but we only realized the drink hadn't arrived after 20 minutes. We had to ask for it, & then they brought it. We asked for the bill, & we had to remind them about the ice cream as well. I think this is unacceptable.
There wasn't a single constructive word. We didn't come there as a family to keep track of your mistakes. We wanted to spend some quality time chatting with our family. But if you can't provide that as a restaurant, I have nothing more to say.
Yes, this happens in some restaurants due to the high volume of customers. That's true, but the staff doesn't normalize it. They give us the attention we deserve & send us off happy at the end.
Therefore, this review might help you make the necessary adjustments to your service.

The food at P.F. Chang's Laval is really good always fresh & tasty, & the waitstaff is friendly & attentive. I've come here 5 times, & every visit has been consistent in that sense.
The only downside? The service is suuuuper slow. Even just getting your drinks can take a while, & if you're really hungry, be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes for your food.
So, if you're not in a rush, this place is great. But if you're starving & need something quick, maybe keep that in mind.
Food wasn't hot. Had to send back dumplings & the 2nd time was warm. Very disappointing since I've been often & food & service was always top notch

I am writing to formally share a disappointing experience I had at your restaurant yesterday. As a regular customer who has visited many times before, I was surprised by the level of service we received during this visit. After placing our order, we waited over 30 minutes for our food to be served, which felt unusually long without any clear explanation for the delay. When we attempted to ask the server about the status of our order, the response we received was delivered with a noticeably negative attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
When the food finally arrived, we also noticed that part of the meal was slightly undercooked. This was particularly frustrating after already waiting such a long time. As loyal customers who normally enjoy the atmosphere & food at your restaurant, this experience did not reflect the level of service we have come to expect.

Told pick up would be ready in 30 minutes had to wait 55 minutes for the order. No apology no sense of urgency.
Completely unacceptable & shockingly unprofessional.
I booked an online reservation that clearly provided a two-hour dining window. How does it make any sense for a restaurant to accept a reservation & then close the kitchen within that reserved time? This is beyond incompetence. I arrived at 3:45 PM, exactly as per my reservation, only to be told that the kitchen was already closed. If the kitchen was going to be shut, why accept reservations at all? This is misleading, careless, & shows complete disregard for customers' time.
This incident occurred on my wedding anniversary, & I arrived with my 1-year-old child, which made the experience even more frustrating & disappointing. I never expected this level of irresponsibility from P.F. Chang's.
Restaurants enforce strict no-show policies on customers, yet there seems to be no accountability when the restaurant fails to honor its own reservations. Customers should have the same protection-either honor the reservation or compensate for incidents like this.
Worst service imaginable. Poor management, zero accountability, & a complete waste of time. Never coming back.
Souper organisé pour 4 personnes. Au PF Chang de Laval. Bouffe excellente comme toujours. Réservé en ligne pour 18:30. Samedi 28 février. Arrivés sur place, SURPRISE, on se fait annoncer que nous devrons libérer notre table pour 20 heures puisqu'ils en ont besoin pour un groupe de 18 personnes! Assez ordinaire merci. Avec l'attente entre les services, nous n'avons eu que le temps de manger entrées & repas principal. La serveuse nous a dit pas le temps pour le dessert ni le café, désolée.
Franchement, on paie suffisamment cher pour se détendre quand on sort, on mérite de pouvoir profiter de son repas sans stress!! Ayez au moins la décence d'aviser les gens qui réservent en ligne de ce fait au moment de la réservation & non pas juste une fois rendus sur place quand il est déjà 18:30!!!
Georges was the best server (give him a raise) 💯 food was fire as hell too
