Well I used to be a regular at this location for around 3 years just because it's the only Osmows in downtown & convenient from work. I gave 5 stars earlier since the quality was good for the price. But recently the quality of food has been going down.
I always order Chicken on rocks... Most of the time, I have found bones & ligaments in there, talked to the staff about it & they said these kinds of things are normal, nothing can be done much abt it.
Not to mention nowadays they fill up the entire box with just rice & add a VERY THIN layer of chicken on top just enough to cover the rice even if you order extra chicken or get the LARGE one chicken is still less, which makes me think twice before returning to this place like am I paying $16-17 everyday just for a box of rice. Plus this has happened multiple times even after bringing this to attention.Voir plus
