Well I used to be a regular at this location for around 3 years just because it's the only Osmows in downtown & convenient from work. I gave 5 stars earlier since the quality was good for the price. But recently the quality of food has been going down.
I always order Chicken on rocks... Most of the time, I have found bones & ligaments in there, talked to the staff about it & they said these kinds of things are normal, nothing can be done much abt it.
Not to mention nowadays they fill up the entire box with just rice & add a VERY THIN layer of chicken on top just enough to cover the rice even if you order extra chicken or get the LARGE one chicken is still less, which makes me think twice before returning to this place like am I paying $16-17 everyday just for a box of rice. Plus this has happened multiple times even after bringing this to attention.View more

I recently visited a osmows shawarma restaurant & had an amazing experience! 🤩 The food was absolutely fantastic, with every bite bursting with flavor. 🤤 The staff was incredibly nice & helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.😇 I highly recommend trying their chicken poutine; it's a definite must-try!💯 I would definitely give this place a five-star rating for its delicious food & excellent service.View more

Edit as of Dec 2024: service, portions & food have gotten much better. Just I would ask that the chicken for chicken on the rocks is further carved, since some pieces are too large. Beef is a hit or miss at times where some days, it's exceptional. Other days, it's a lot of fat & pieces that are harder to eat. The beef needs improvement. Original review: Lady that serves at the cash gives rude service with sarcastic fake smiles. Portion sizes have gotten small & the flavour has become mediocre. I won't be returning.View more

This little hole in the wall was such a great find. The seating is limited (3 seats), the resto is small (crammed with people waiting for their orders), & the staff was alright. BUT the food definitely made up for it. The prices were relatively cheaper for saint Catherine & the portions were super fair! I took a chicken shawarma wrap with medium spice & I would highly recommend it to anyone!View more

Got chicken on rocks with garlic & mild sauce but no sauce on my food. Thought maybe it might be under the chicken but nope. Just dry chicken & rice super bland. *Update* Called the owner back. He was very understanding & apologetic. Fixed the order & got my food properly. Mistakes can happen & this store handled it professionally.View more

I went there with my friends. We had great food from Osmows. The meats & veggies are always freshly cooked with the perfect amount of spices. The best we had was Philly chicken on the rocks, but everything is so well prepared in the menu. Highly appreciated! Reasonable prices, quick service & top notch customer service.View more

New experience for me, I was just passing by & Osmow's Shawarma called my attention & curiosity since I've never ordered one. The server was really polite & even warned me about the spiciness of the food. I ordered a Shawarma au beouf in combo & let me tell you it was awesome, great taste, great size & despite it was a bit full my order came out fast. Restaurant was really clean. 100% recommended.
