Well I used to be a regular at this location for around 3 years just because it's the only Osmows in downtown & convenient from work. I gave 5 stars earlier since the quality was good for the price. But recently the quality of food has been going down.
I always order Chicken on rocks... Most of the time, I have found bones & ligaments in there, talked to the staff about it & they said these kinds of things are normal, nothing can be done much abt it.
Not to mention nowadays they fill up the entire box with just rice & add a VERY THIN layer of chicken on top just enough to cover the rice even if you order extra chicken or get the LARGE one chicken is still less, which makes me think twice before returning to this place like am I paying $16-17 everyday just for a box of rice. Plus this has happened multiple times even after bringing this to attention.View more

No complaints on food. It's okay but expensive.
Canada is becoming expensive. I used to eat 10-15 times in restaurants. Now, I eat just 1 time a month in restaurants.
Renting, Staff, Utilities, Food, etc. We can understand high prices in restaurants.View more

Went to store tbh store dine in is small but its a must visit place the food is really good & portions are good as compare to price , staff was also very helpfull as they were recommended me what spice level i should take & if i want any drinks with meal.. This little hole in the wall was such a great find. The seating is limited (3 seats), the resto is small (crammed with people waiting for their orders), & the staff was alright. BUT the food definitely made up for it. The prices were relatively cheaper for saint Catherine & the portions were super fair! I took a chicken shawarma wrap with medium spice & I would highly recommend it to anyone!View more

I went there with my friends. We had great food from Osmows. The meats & veggies are always freshly cooked with the perfect amount of spices.
