This place is such a vibe for artistic/creative & hipster people. The decorations, the slight underground/cottage feel tucked away on a somewhat busy street. It's a total vibe. I came on a Thursday afternoon & they had the techno experimental music blasting. I ordered a chai latte with soy & decaf Americano...both were very good. The chai was somewhat local from New York & was well spiced & not so sugary which I like. They have some food options as well like sandwiches & vegan curry. Plenty of seating indoor & outdoor in their terrace & at some picnic tables. 2 hour limit on wifi to keep people from docking. Just such a great, aesthetically pleasing cafe! Only improvement would be for more attentive, patient service.View more

This cafe was super unique & amazing. The atmosphere & vibe were through the roof. I'm from Dallas, tx, & we have nice coffee shops, but nothing quite like this. We missed the place twice because from the outside, it looks almost like an abandoned building. They had a D.J. playing some really chill tunes. The iced coffees were fantastic. We didn't order food because we had just eaten, but the food coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic. We really enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend 👌View more

Came here for lunch with a friend to catch up. Loved it! The karaage sandwich was delicious!! I loved the mayo spread & marinade. The bread was subtly sweet & soaked up the flavors of the sauce well. I tried a bite of the tamago egg sandwich as well, which had less textures going on (the filling was just egg & mayo) but delicious nonetheless. Atmosphere was great for a little chat, & I stayed after to get some work done too. Lively but not too distracting. I would highly recommend this cafe! @thehungry.sheepView more

Pretty cute cafe with indoor & outdoor seating We tried the curry katsu which was really good. It was crispy on the outside but super juicy on the inside. We also got the iced chai & ice dirty chai. Couldn't taste much of the chai as the espresso was quite overpowering. The regular chai didn't have a strong chai flavor either, tasted more milky. However, the staff was super kind & fast.View more

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this café. I found it very unique in style & it had many seats. Despite the large number of seats, there wasn't any available. After having a cappuccino & a sandwich there, I can understand why this place is so popular. The bread was thick & super soft. This has become one of my favorite sandwich. They also had a live DJ with the music not being too loud. I think they even measure the decibel level so they don't go over. I highly you suggest you give it a try.View more

The ambience is one of the best in a cafe in this city. Because of that however it is often pretty crowded & can result in a long line to place your order but the food/drinks are always prepared with haste so it makes it worth it. The terrace is beautiful - I recommend the back terrace over the front.View more

Great atmosphere. It's in a modernist sort of bunker with bare concrete & nice light. It's set up as a cafe populated mostly with students & with huge speakers & a DJ. Probably a great place for clubbing too. The food is perfectly acceptable but not great: steam table curries. Miso soup was very good.View more

The cafe is very cozy & original, the food & drinks are good, & staff are very nice. The sandwiches were very good, I haven't tried anything like that beforehand. Many people come to work or study there, it was hard to find a seat. It can get noisy with music, if you want to focus on something.View more

J'ai été extrêmement déçu de constater que lors de ma visite du café Osmo ce jeudi, 25 janvier 2024, il était absolument impossible de recevoir de la part des employés un service en français. Je ne m'attend pas ici à de la haute voltige linguistique, mais simplement quelques mots qui indiquent une forme de respect envers la société majoritairement francophone qui supporte ce café. Il semble malheureusement que ce soit impossible. Alors que le manifeste de la fondation Osmo, qui abrite elle même ce café, comporte un "engagement d'ouverture & d'inclusion", il me semble inquiétant de voir que cet engagement ne s'applique pas aux francophones qui le fréquentent. J'espère de tout coeur que la direction lira ce commentaire & apportera les ajustements qui s'imposent, avant qu'il ne soit trop tard & que nous assistions à la dégradation progressive de ce haut lieu de l'entrepreneurship montréalais.View more

Absolutely love this place, their tamago sando is phenomenal. The karage was also so tender & had a great crunchy coating. It's also one of the few cafes that has amazing drinks & amazing food! I'm a big coffee nerd & I usually find that places that serve food won't have quite as good coffee as a dedicated specialty coffee shop. But Osmo does both wonderfully & it's a treasure! It's a beautiful place, highly recommend their specialty lattes. The vibes are great for writing or any kind of productivity on your to do list, too.View more

A must if you're in montreal. We have a very good cafe selection & this one is at the top of the list. The atmosphere & decor are so welcoming & unique. The food is delicious & aesthetically pleasing. I recommend the iced hojicha latte, it's just sweet enough for someone who doesn't like coffee. The egg sandwich is very filling & not expensive for the quantity & quality you are getting. The eff & salmon one is my favourite so far, it's so comforting & tasty.View more
