They are one of the best bubble tea place in town! We order from them 2-4 times a month through Uber, we love their dragon fruit/citrus bubble tea & sakura sparkling lemonade. Anytime I write notes for delivery, they follow it to the letter. Tonight we had an issue with Uber, the driver took the wrong order & we couldn't talk to anyone at Uber. The shop called me directly, told me I could keep the order & to please verify if Uber could send a new driver for the correct order. No answer from Uber (although I did get a refund from them), & the shop was technically closed at the time. I called the shop back, explained the situation, & they offered to deliver my order themselves (I'm close by). The manager delivered my order himself. It's really great service!
