We ordered the Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai, & dumplings, & every dish was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh & full of flavor, the service was warm & attentive, & the ambiance made the whole experience even better. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!
The food was delicious (chicken pad thai), but the service is what made it for me. My daughter left her sweatshirt, & our server overheard us talking about getting ice... he tracked us down at the ice cream shop to return the sweatshirt. A+ service!
Deserves better than 3 stars. Food has flavour, pad thai was very good as well as the general Tao chicken. Service was good also.
Veg pad Thai is must try here. It was so delicious. Other dish that we tried was veg steamed momos which was okayish. The service was good. Ambience was nice initially. Then felt very crowded & congested. Overall, it was nice to try something new here.
Amazing, authentic Thai food. The service was excellent & the prices are spot on for the quality. Highly recommend!
To the owner of Wok: let me help you out here as your restaurant has potential but based on my experience (& now seeing all these reviews-it's not just me) While your food has potential (waygu potstickers & dumplings) the service is poorly managed. Despite being seated within 10-15 minutes, we waited over 2.5 hours for our meal. The restaurant needs to improve how it organizes service, manages clientele, & flows food out of the kitchen. The strain on the waitstaff was uncomfortable to watch, with frustrated patrons openly voicing their dissatisfaction. When we raised concerns with the manager after two hours, the response was dismissive & unapologetic. Our mains came out-cold & unseasoned. On a $300 CAD bill, there was no effort to ease the situation-just the check & a rushed goodbye. We paid our bill & left. There was ZERO hospitality. The restaurant appears to rely on being the only Thai option on the mountain, but after years of visiting, this experience ensures we won't return unless you guys make some major changes in the kitchen & hospitality.
Le thaï de cet endroit est vraiment bon!
Soupe wonton, rouleau impérial & poulet Général Tao - tout est excellent!
Service take-out rapide & portions idéales
Six of us had dinner here on June 20 with high hopes of tasty meals. We were mostly disappointed at the poor quality & high prices. We ordered a red curry & green curry (chicken). The green curry came out with beef instead of chicken, & both curries were WAY too sweet, not at all authentic Thai. The beef ramen was twice as expensive as in Toronto & tasted like cheap ramen noodles. Beef was not tender & egg tasted odd. The salmon poke bowl wasn't too bad. Chow mein & pad Thai were acceptable. I guess we shouldn't expect authentic Asian flavors in a small resort town.
