Extremely disappointing takeout experience. The pho was poorly prepared, with the noodles already mixed into the soup, making them completely soggy. By the time I got home, there was barely any broth left. The other dishes were not tasty, the fried rice was soggy, & the Tom Yum soup was very disappointing & tasteless. I was also told they only had beef pho available, even though chicken was clearly on the menu. Service was poor. Overall, the food quality & service were unacceptable, & I would not return or recommend this place.
After a long day of snowboarding, we decided to check out this small, cute looking restaurant. The aesthetics were actually really nice cozy, warm, & inviting. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended.
From the moment we sat down, everything went downhill. We ordered our food & then waited & waited. I asked for lemon water, which didn't arrive until our main dishes finally came out. I went to check out the washrooms very lovely & took a photo at 4:00 p.m. We didn't receive our food until 6:45 p.m. That alone should say enough about how the night went.
To make matters worse, we were told they don't take reservations yet a large party of about 15 people arrived with a reservation & were clearly prioritized. Their food was prepared & sent out before ours, even though we had ordered well before they arrived. On top of that, the restaurant was prioritizing takeout & Uber Eats orders over dine-in guests, which only made the wait longer & more frustrating.
While all of this was happening, customers were being made to wait outside in the freezing cold, which was completely unacceptable, especially given how poorly the service was already being handled.
Inside, no one seemed to be in control. Staff were openly bickering with each other, nobody appeared approachable, & not a single friendly face was in sight. The manager was nowhere to be found. Instead, he sent a busser to take our order, which clearly reflected how poorly managed this place is. This was a Monday, not a busy weekend night.
When the food finally arrived, it was completely cold every dish. The fried rice tasted like it had simply been boiled, with no flavor or effort. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this level of quality was unacceptable.
When we brought our concerns to the manager, he wrote down that we would receive a gift receipt. At the bottom of that receipt, he wrote'no tip.' That was incredibly insulting. I work in the food industry myself & I always tip. In fact, the tip was already already included on the receipt, & I felt $45 was more than fair given the circumstances. Writing'no tip' felt petty & unprofessional.
I have never experienced such careless management, lack of accountability, & disregard for customers. The service was negligent, the food was disappointing, & the overall experience was shocking. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. This was an absolutely horrible night, & this place should not be charging the prices it does for this level of service.
A complete disappointment from start to finish.
You can recommend this restaurant for your enemy, I am sure they will regret deadly
Disappointing & Rushed Experience
Unfortunately, our visit was very disappointing. From the moment we sat down, we felt rushed while ordering, despite the restaurant having many empty tables & our visit lasting only about an hour. The waiter was impatient & came across as rude, especially when we asked questions related to my daughter's dietary restrictions, which should have been handled with more care & respect.
The food itself did not meet expectations. Mushrooms were served raw, the beef tartare was missing an egg yolk, & overall the dishes lacked flavor, which made the high prices even harder to justify.
To make matters worse, an extra beer was added to our check by mistake. While it was eventually removed, there was no apology, which felt unprofessional.
Between the rushed service, lack of attentiveness, food issues, & overpriced, underwhelming dishes, this experience fell far below what we expected. Sadly, I would not recommend this restaurant & will not come back there. I was there for family dinner & everyone were disappointment & spend $$$$. Avoid this place.
My husband & I look forward to coming here every time we come to Tremblant! The dumplings with peanut sauce are offside! We also enjoyed the red curry shrimp & chow mien dishes. Highly recommend!

Une personne au top qui nous a servi, pour trouver dans ce beau pays des pats à notre régime alimentaire en ce qui me concerne & ce restaurant est là pour çà. Une salade de crevettes aux agrumes avec un supplément de poulet, c'était un régal. Merci à Maxime, de nous avoir donné satisfaction pour mon café noisette. En effet, il est venu me prévenir qu'il devait aller chercher chez son voisin restaurateur un peu de lait pour pouvoir me faire mon café noisette ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécier. Un accueil très chaleureux, ainsi que le sourire & sa gentillesse. En plus les plats sont excellents. Merci de nous avoir fait passer un moment très convivial. Je recommande vivement pour les personnes qui mangent sainement. Le 3 Juillet 2025.
100$ for 2 entree & an order of 2 spring rolls. Rice was so overcooked on one meal it wasn't edible. Don't recommend.

Such a wonderful experience. We arrived there not thinking much, but from the moment we walked in Marjo & Jerome welcomed us, took the best care of us & kept checking on us throughout the evening. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommended!

Amazing service & amazing food with cozy atmosphere. Only a couple of options for vegetarians but the taste was extraordinary!! Really recommend if you like asian food!!
It was great experience with food & services. All the server were so polite, friendly, very energetic & customer centric. I am super happy with delicious food, peanut sauce & dumplings sauce was super delicious. We ordered pad Thai, general thao chicken & chicken satay & dumplings 🥟 all the dishes were delicious. Very happy with Marjo. Thank you for the food & beautiful smile 😊highly recommend this place
Les employés sont vraiment super, ils ont à coeur qu'on passe un bon moment. La nourriture est délicieuse, je recommande particulièrement les dumplings frit au porc en entrée!!! Ils étaient juste WOW! Belle terrasse. Sangria rosé descend bien. Une soirée bien agréable! Merci ❤️
I was in search for some flavourful food & the menu here entice me to get my lunch here. I had read the reviews & was really apprehensive - they ranged from glorious to atrocious. But I hesitantly gambled since this is the only place which offers some great flavour combinations & a variation in the standard cuisine of this region. I got a takeout meal; red curry (which is milder than the green one) rice & pad thai. I was so pleasantly surprised! The ginger & vegetables in the red curry were delightful & the noodles in the pad thai were succulent & well flavoured. The food was a tad bit pricier (but not by much given the region's eateries) but the value for money is hard to beat! The flavours were on point, it was fresh & hot, & it even lasted for some leftover dinner bites. Would definitely recommend place. A word for the management: you need to address the misplaced notoriety & bad online reviews; they would deter any risk-averse customer not to walk in. Cheers!
Fabulous food! I dined with my partner & we had the steamed dumplings, beef tartare & fried rice with chicken. What soured the experience was the attitude of the waitress. When paying the bill we paid in cash & put a $9 tip on a $124 bill. She took the cash, counted it at the reception then came back & said that she may have been mistaken & we might not have had enough money. I recounted it with her then she berated us for not giving a 15% tip. I gave her another $5 to make her go away as she was embarrassing us next to other patrons. Highly recommend you try & pay by credit card as this waitress was thick on attitude & very false.
