Cliente depuis l'ouverture, il est malheureux de voir le service se dégrader. Plus capable d'attendre 10 minutes pour payer pendant que l'équipe discute au fond de la boutique. Il serait temps de remettre un manager aux commandes…

Friendly & polite staff - even though it was really busy, everyone still had a smile on their face. The pastries & coffees were really good! It was my first time here, but I'll definitely be back. Tried a few pastries this time with friends,& I'm looking forward to trying their bread next time for sure.

Nous avons l'habitude d'aller Ô petit paris depuis plusieurs années, notamment pour leurs sandwichs. Malheuresement, nous sommes très déçus aujourd'hui de la taille des jambon/beurre qui rétrécissent à vu d'oeil & qui sont dorénavant minuscules, mais toujours au même prix. Un peu plus de 10$ (+ taxes) pour un petit sandwich de 15/20 cm... vraiment dommage.

The staff were nice, but I wish they could've been a little friendlier.

Incredible, not all the baristas know how to prepare a simple coffe/ cafe espresso. I am pretty sure they need to improve a lot in this aspect. It's so easy, but they don't get it. On the top, the little espresso is so expensive & for nothing because the quality is not the best.
Another observation-, the black gloves need to be changed often, guys. Once you touch money & counter, is better use a new pair. It helps a lot to avoid contamination, & its SAFE FOR CUSTOMERS
