Nyk's is the best pub in Montreal! Excellent food & & even better service. They have the kindest staff & I always look forward to going there, it has a very welcoming atmosphere. The bar is open late at night & there are daily special items on the menu. It's a must visit when in Montreal!
Très mauvaise expérience. On nous avait recommandé ce restaurant sur Bleury, mais ça a été décevant du début à la fin. La nourriture était mauvaise & l'ambiance bizarre.
Pendant le repas, un client assis près du bar a éternué juste à côté de notre table & de nos verres. J'ai demandé poliment qu'on change mon verre & mon plat. Ils ont changé le plat, mais le personnel est devenu désagréable ensuite.
Le pire, c'est qu'ils m'ont quand même facturé le plat que j'avais demandé de remplacer. À la fin, l'employé nous a lancé la facture avec une attitude vraiment impolie.
Mauvais service, mauvaise bouffe & aucun souci pour le client. Je ne recommande pas du tout

I came here with my mother so she could try the poutine which was incredible. Our server Alex was the best!! She took incredible care of us & was very friendly. Will return next time I'm in Montreal!
This is a place where you can truly enjoy spending your time in. Spent a Friday night here with friends while visiting the city for the weekend & the hours flew by. Great drinks, friendly service, plus the most unique & delicious poutine you'll ever come across. Definitely worth a visit when downtown
Fast service, great drinks, & wonderful atmosphere. The staff is always attentive. We had some really fancy out of the ordinary cocktail orders & the bartender made sure our drinks were just the way we wanted them. Also our waitress Amélie was really professional & on point with the delivery. We recommend them endlessly!
Le Nyks a définitivement l'un des service les plus impeccable à chaque visite. Le staff est vraiment attentionné, mention spéciale pour Jordan, Max & Alex !! La nourriture ne cesse de m'impressionner.

Worst service I've ever experienced, the waiter was extremely disrespectful & food was absolutely awful. We didn't tip because we weren't looked after well & food quality was bad, & because we didn't tip the waiter talked to us & said'around here everyone tips so you should watch out when you don't'.

Great food, you can go vegetarian, having something more classic, i.e. boudin sausage, or do a burger, or, in my case, a poutine. Nyks also has a great choice of beer on tap, with en emphasis on local brews. Service is quite excellent, even when the place is packed, which is at lunchtime (they do reservations) & for dinner.
Un lieu très fréquenté voir même une institution. Ambiance tamisé avec un excellent service & accueil. J'ai osé prendre les pâtes parpadelles aux champignons. Je n'avais aucune attente & ce fût une révélation. Tu sais, le genre de plat pour lequel tu retournerais pour retrouver ce goût. Une dose généreuse de champignon avec une huile style truffe & onctueuse qui parfume le plat & des copeaux de parmesan. En plus d'une portion généreuse. Un gros gros coup de coeur. J'ai terminé avec le dessert mi-cuit au chocolat servi avec une boule de crème glacée. Petite portion maîs excellente. Ça prend un moment pour le recevoir mais c'est normal, il arrive tout chaud & toutdroit sorti du four. J'y retournerai assurément
J'ai pris le tartare de boeuf en repas qui inclut une salade. J'ai retrouvé un insecte dans celle-ci, & non seulement j'ai dû payer toute ma facture, mais en plus, je n'ai même pas eu droit a des excuses !!!
