Chinese fast food at an affordable price. Last time I used to eat there was in 1996. Still nothing has changed except the actual plates used to serve food 😂
Amazing food, big quantities. I had the chow mein with extra chicken, it was delicious. If it weren't for the carbs, I would come here daily.
Pre pandemic, this was my go to late-night food spot. Since then, the hours & quality have changed. I no longer find the good palatable & was really disappointed by my last visit. I understand that times are tough & will continue to support to hope that it one day returns to its original quality.
Il était très tard & nous avons été chanceux de trouver ce resto. Il y a vraiment beaucoup de choix, tous à des prix très abordables. Notre repas nous a plu, nous reviendrons.
Food is ok. Portions are big for the price. A lot of choices available, ask the waiter gives the best recommendations. They used to only accept cash but now they accept cards too!
Service is really fast & efficient.

Oh god, no no no.
Food literally arrived in about 15 seconds. It was obviously just re-heated. Flavourless. It was only 7pm & it felt like they couldn't get us out fast enough (& they close late). Servers were the worst in the neighborhood. Was actually a little more expensive than better tasting (& decorated) restaurants right in the neighborhood. If you want to be treated like cattle, then by all means, try this place.
After writing this review, my East Asian friends laughed at me for going to this place. I guess I should have asked :
Bon goût authentique, bonnes portions & bas prix! Le personnel est très gentil & serviable. La cuisine ferme tard, ce qui est pratique pour ceux & celles qui travaillent de nuit. PS: Le Poulet croustillant au sésame est délicieux.
The service was great & the won ton soup & hot & sour soup were very good. Unfortunately, our cantonese noodles (beef & veggie) were TERRIBLE. We absolutely love Cantonese noodles & have had good, bad, & excellent before, & this was absolutely the worst. The beef had clearly been cooked earlier & was simply tossed with the lukewarm, so-so sauce. It tasted like overlooked, leftover roast beef. Seriously. The noodles also had clearly been pre cooked or something, as some of them were crispy, some almost raw, some totally overlooked but cold. It was such an odd experience, given that they are a noodle house. We will never be back.
II IS REALLY THE WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER SEEN. WE WENT THERE CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME. THESE GUYS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. THEY KICKED US OUT EVEN THOUGH WE DID NOT FINISH OUR DINNER. AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS. FOOD ALSO SUCKS A LOT. BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD.
PIRE resto. que nous avons jamais essayé. La viande goutait le poisson & mon plat de nouilles aux "légume" consistait d'une poignée de légumes en cubes congelés sur des nouilles sans plus.. absolument mauvais. Nous avons tout laissé là. Lorsque nous avons essayé d'expliquer la situation à la serveuse, elle ne nous comprenais pas (ou faisait semblant peut-être?). J'ai rencontré une amie dernièrement qui me déconseillait ce resto car elle avait eu la même experience.. Ne gaspillez pas votre argent içi.
Absolute WORST restaurant we've ever been to. The meat tasted like fish & my plate of noodles with veggies consisted of a handful of frozen cubed veggies thrown on dry noodles.. yuk. We left everything there. When we tried explaining to the server, she could not understand us (or pretended not to?). I recently met up with a friend who warned me against the same restaurant due to the same kind of experience.. Do not waste your money there -really.
