J'ai adoré ma première expérience &, la seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis 5 c'est qu'on ne m'a pas avisée que si je prenais le reste de ma soupe pour apportez on me chargerait 1$ pour le contenant. Je l'ai vu arrivée à la maison. Sinon, tout était parfait pour moi.Voir plus

Je suis pas très fan de nourriture asiatique normalement, mais j'ai trouvée sa excellant!
J'ai prit les nouille Dan Dan. Portion très généreuse. La portion moyenne ma bien nourrit & il m'en restais encore.
Il y a plusieurs type d'épaisseur de nouille que tu peut prendre, sa laisse le choix!
Moi & mes amis on est venu en heure de pointe. Le restaurant étais plein, mais on a quand même réussit à avoir une table rapidement.! (10 minute max)
Les cuisinier étais rapide & il font leur nouille maison à la chaîne, donc même pas de nouille de la veille qui aurait été acceptable quand même.
Notre commande est arrivé à notre table en 5min!

Went to this shop on a whim, intended to try their famous braised beef tendon noodle but sold out. Opted for the traditional Lanzhou beef noodle, the noodle thickness to SanXi (thin), minimal spiciness (to adjust later if needed). It was good, the broth's clarity & the rich beef flavor attested its authenticity, the hand-pulled noodle had a unique texture of chewiness & smooth sets them apart from other types of noodles. They stowed the party of one along the wall, each facing it & the seating was tight, I had to slurp my noodles cautiously, ensuring I didn't splash the people seated next to me.Voir plus

Tasty, heart warming soup with noodles. Highly recommend to reach there early before the place gets crowded at lunch & dinner times - wait time can be long (not fun during winters!)
