still the same great taste many years later! perfectly cooked chewy handmade noodles & delicious broth. the restaurant expanded since i last went so there was no line up & much more seating. still had a bit of a line when we were leaving but definitely moved quick. cucumber salad & edamame were very flavourful & awesome for spice lovers. still no AC in this place so it gets quite warm & humid in the summer but the place was still packed nonetheless which says a lot about the food for sure.Voir plus

À part le service qui était rapide le reste était pas satisfaisant: pas d'air climatisé, on suffoquait à l'intérieur & la soupe goûtait comme des nouilles instantanées. Les nouilles faites maison ne se sentent pas dans la bouche non plus, ce n'est pas du tout tendre, c'est rigide & ne font pas du tout dans la bouche. Ordinaire. If you're ever near or in Chinatown, this is a MUST VISIT spot! The food is delicious & the staff is accommodating & friendly. It is a small restaurant so seating is limited, & because it's popular, there's almost always a line! When there's a line, you know it has good food🥳. Even though it is small, it creates a cozy experience. There is also a cute asian supermarket downstairs with a lot of cool finds!Voir plus

Finally made it inside the restaurant! After many failed attempts, due to long cues outside, we went on a Wednesday afternoon & got in right away. Noodles are great & the beef Noodle soup was excellent! Would like to come back but likely not during typical meal times.Voir plus

When you see people lined up for noodle soup at 83F, you know this place is legit. This place serves good hand-pulled noodles & the service was pretty quick. The place itself is small & divided into 2 seating sections. I recommend coming here early especially if you have a big group. They have 7 types of noodles & number 7 is the most favorite one. The noodles are chewy, not too thick, & slurping good! The highly recommended noodle soup has a clear, fresh broth & tender meat. It's so good! & their dandan noodles is also superb although not spicy enough if you enjoy spicy food.Voir plus

Very tasty food! The portions are extremely large so be wise when you make the choice of portion. There are not too many items in the menu, but what I have tried was delicious. You can choose the noodles size. I went for size 3 but I still found it a bit thick. There was a line at the entrance but it moved relatively fast. Prices are fair.Voir plus

This place is an amazing place to go if you want to find authentic or as close as authentic Lanzhou noodles. It is always delicious noodles are always fresh. Service is nice & fast. They constantly come & fill your water. They do not let you wait on them. Amazing place if you ever come to Montreal want want a great beef noodle definitely give this place a tryVoir plus
