Nolan needs to invest in good dishwashers because the servers seem to be unimpressed with the end of night clean up. Great vibe, good was okay. Would probably go again, staff is fine. The server was upset that we didn't order more food.Voir plus

This is a culinary gem. The dishes are creative using regional & seasonal foods. We had the pre fixe dinner & let Nolan choose our courses. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable & enthusiastic about each dish & their ingredients whether it was the regional corn or the champagne grapes. He was expert at suggesting wines that paired well with our dishes or alligned with our individual preferences. The neighborhood restaurant vibe is cozy, comfortable & welcoming with a great playlist of music. Nolan is a "must" if you are a true foodie looking for a unique Montreal dining experience in a true neighborhood restaurant whose chef loves the season's bounty & creating masterful French inspired dishes.Voir plus

La cuisine est tout simplement parfaite, avec un menu qui change régulièrement pour suivre les produits de saison c'est impossible de se tanner d'aller manger à ce restaurant. Il n'y a pas une fois que je suis allée que j'ai été déçue. La façon dont ils ont de réinventer des idées pour les rendre à un autre niveau est impressionnante. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation. De plus leur service qui nous permet de bien connaître tout les ingrédients dans notre assiette avec leur serveurs qui sont toujours numéro un cela créer vraiment une belle expérience.Voir plus
