On a saturday night we were informed that it would be a 30-40 minute wait which turned out to be almost one hour. When we asked when our turn was coming, the girl working at the reception responded that we were next. Upon waiting for another 10-15 minutes & seeing people being seated before us, we inquired politely again to understand if indeed we were next. The receptionist responded (& I quote word by word):"I cannot know exactly how much of a wait it would be, as I have told you many times before. The table paid their bill but they are still sitting, I don't have the ability to read into the future." My boyfriend & I were mad about how rude she has been treating a customer who's been waiting to sit for almost an hour. Clearly she also needs some math lessons as she was adamant that we had been waiting for 30 minutes to begin with. My boyfriend responded by explaining how much we have been waiting & that we just need to understand how much longer it would take to go to a different restaurant instead. Her response was "stop bothering me so many times". Though my boyfriend tried to respond, she raised her voice in front of all the other customers & started yelling at my boyfriend "shut up". We were completely shocked as to how disrespectful someone can be towards a customer inquiring about wait time. My boyfriend demanded to speak to the manager which she completely ignored so he physically had to make his way to the kitchen. Fortunately, the restaurant has an amazing manager who was very understanding of the situation. He was also very apologetic & offered us drinks after he immediately seated us. He really changed our experience, along with the very lovely waiter who served us. Advice to management: ensure your staff is properly trained if they are not inherently respectful or hire staff who are brought up by learning to be respectful towards other people. On a Friday night, we had to wait for 20 min for a table. They ask for our number to call us when a place is available. We had to wait for around 15 min for the food to come. The food was just average. We took the Tokyo style & Tonkotsu ramen & the broth was too salty. The quantity is too little. For the egg, you only get half of it. The noodles texture was perfect. It was expensive, around 20$ a bowl. The karaage was good but ordinary & is not in big quantity. The server was nice & quick. I wouldn't come back

Par où commencer? Connaisseur de resto japonais à Paris (quartier Opéra), celui-ci est largement dans le haut du panier. Service impeccable & ambiance inspirée d'un film célèbre que j'adore, n'ont fait que parfaire l'expérience culinaire exceptionnelle que j'ai eu. La spécialité maison (ramen sans bouillon) est succulente!!!!! Comme le reste de ce que j'ai pu prendre sur la carte 🤩🤩🤩 & les cocktails sont fait avec beaucoup d'amour!!! Je recommande extrêmement vivement si vous cherchez à passer un excellent moment à deux ou à plusieurs!!!

For Montreal ramen it was very good. As we just got back from Japan we're hesitant to eat Japanese food here since we know it will never measure up, but this was very satisfying. Tonkatsu ramen: broth lacked some depth, noodles lacked some chew, but the porc was incredibly tender & tasty, egg was probably the best ramen egg I've ever had, & the bamboo had great flavour. Staff was friendly & the vibe is cool. Overall I'd go back

Expérience à la hauteur de mes attentes. Acceuille chaleureux & service impeccable. Nous avons bien fait d'écouter les conseils du serveur pour nos choix de plat & de boissons. Excellent cocktail & très bon saké froid. Rien a dire de négatif. Une nouvelle adresse à retourner très certainement. Excellent endroit à amener une "date" ou pour un souper entre amis dans un décors qui nous transporte à l'étranger.

Très bel ambiance, cool & relax. À noter qu'on ne peut pas réserver pour une soirée mais arrivé sur place, nous avons dû attendre 20 minutes pour qu'une table pour 8 se libére. Le personnel est très très sympathique. Nos coups de coeur : l'entrée de bouchées de pieuvre, le plats sans bouillon végé, & leur plat sans bouillon le premier sur le menu (je ne me rappelle plus du nom) Les moins : l'entrée de tofu, les ramens au bacon. Notre facture était de +/- 180$ pour 8 personnes sans alcool. C'est vraiment raisonnable. Merci, nous reviendrons :)
