Restaurant = 10/10!

Photo 1 =TanTan- succulent- bouillon épais, savoureux, bien dosé🌶?+bonne portion de nouille👌

Photo 2 = Truffle Miso- délicieux- bouillon clair, portion généreuse de légumes. Porc en extra.

Restaurant populaire donc attendez-vous à faire la file.

Si vous êtes pressé, passez votre tour. Ici, on relaxe, on discute avec ses potes.

The brothless ramen with beef & raw egg yolk on top was perfection!! Typically I would go for ramen with broth but decided to switch it up & I'm sooooo glad I did!

Yummy restaurant for ramen.

I ordered a brothless ramen, I believe it was the NeoTokyo Mazesoba, it was a bit salty but still delicious. Everything mixed in well together even though it was brothless. Came with a mini rice too!

The other ramen we ordered was the Tokyo ramen, rich & creamy broth, lots of umami & the noodles are fresh.

Also ordered the corn ice cream, nice & sweet.

Ambiance neo-futuriste de type Cyberpunk à deux pas du Palais des Congrès de Montréal. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Des assiettes copieuses préparées avec soin. Je recommande les nouilles au boeuf Mazesoba.

The ramen was OK but nothing special. The place itself is cool. However, I was disappointed by the cocktail. As you see, there was too much ice for 12 Cad. Actually, it was not comfortable to drink because of the ice. When I asked for the straw, I got it served the way I am holding. So not very hygienic at all. There was no individual packaging or anything. The waiter was literally holding it like this..

Très bonnes nouilles sans bouillons. Par contre il faut arriver davance car ils ne prennent pas les réservations.

Excellent Ramen aussi!
