Pour l'ambiance sur la terrasse, ce restaurant est fantastique. Nous avons également reçu un excellent service d'Olivia. Rien à redire. & Pour ce qui est des plats, ceux-ci mériteraient d'être retravaillés. La nourriture était correct, sans plus. Nous étions 4 à tables. Les côtelettes d'agneau était fade & plutôt maigrichonnes. Tartare de saumon plutôt fade & idem pour le burger. Considérant le choix limité au menu, on s'attend à des plats maîtrisés.View more

The music was too loud , i ordered the quinoa salad as appetizer, it was huge, not appealingly presented & was tasteless. I ordered the vegan cauliflower entree which was pretty bland & quite disappointing.
My partner had the Mediterranean rolls for appetizer which were mediocre at best but his burger entree was quite good. Overall I left very dissatisfied & disappointed especially considering how expensive it was.
Kind of ruined my last evening in Montreal as I do love good food & this was really not good at all.View more

The atmosphere & the sitting is nice & probably the biggest attraction to the place. The food was average but the burger & fries were above average in my opinion. So if anything, go with the burger & nothing else.View more

Muze makes a great first impression, then falls flat on its face.

I had high hopes as we walked through the neon purple archway into restaurant, being guided to a mostly empty area that was far enough from the DJ to have a conversation.

Everything after that was bad. Service took 15 minutes to start, then another 10 minutes to come back with water. We ordered the hamburger, salmon tartare, & the cheese/charcuterie board. We didn't finish any of the plates. The burger in particular was flavourless & bland.

I went there for my birthday & the reason I chose this restaurant is because I wanted a rooftop terrasse in Montreal. When I tried calling to make sure we were on the terasse, there was an automated message saying their terasse is heated for cold days & covered for rainy days.
However, we went on a sunny mid-june day & although it got a little chillier at night, there was no rain & weather was great! Terasse was heated which was great to accomodate for the little chilly weather, & it was first uncovered when we arrived, so it was nice to see the clear blue sky. However, not lomg after we areived, they covered it & it felt like we were trapped in a very dark room outside, even though there was no rain! I felt like it kind of ruined our terasse experience, which was the reason we had booked this place in the first place. At this point, it would've been better to even sit inside since at least there would've been more light.
In addition to this, I ordered a burrata for appetizer & specified it was to share with my dad & sister, & i also ordered my main course. The waitress brought everyone's food except mine, & she brought me the burrata I ordered to share. When I tried telling her the burrata was the appetizer & it was supposed to be brought first, she said she had ordered it with the rest, & then got my my main course afterwards, so it was annoying to watch everyone eat there main course while i got mine later. It's as if she brought the burrata as main course & the main course as a dessert. So I had to eat after everyone else finished. It was the first time i see a waitress who didnt understand the concept of appetizer being brought BEFORE main course.

I was fairly disappointed with the food, the platter for two especially at the price of 70$, I don't think it's worth it. The only good thing was the fries & the salad. The steak tastes like straight charcoal, the chicken is dry with no seasoning, the sausages taste like normal grocery sausages. The sauce were Tzatziki & a sweet barbecue sauce, not the kind of sauce you want for your steak. I would suggest you get the burger at this point cuz you can't go wrong with a burger. Service was very long for a group of 15, for example : no cutleries, or tissue until after food got served, we were like 5 minutes without having anything to eat our food. We didn't get our orders taken before 30 minutes we sat down, I expect drinks to be atleast ordered & served, some food orders were mixed, the bills at the end were mixed up, everything was just very long. It's a very good place to take pictures, we took some in the hallway or the bathroom! Drinks were good tho & servers & staff were still nice & accommodating admits everything :)View more

Great spot- great view! We were seated & served quickly-thanks Judy & Lida! I really enjoyed my burger & fries, even the salad! The burrata app & my chocolate dessert rounded out the meal perfectly. We booked this restaurant for Valentine's Day thinking it would be a cute new place to try. Unfortunately, other than the nice vibe of the restaurant, I would not recommend going here based on our experience. 1. We were sat in the corner of the restaurant & did not have enough space to move our legs for how crammed it was. We asked the hostess if we could change table (there were approx. 8 empty tables in our section). She said that she could not because they were fully booked (I understand that) however she could have put someone else there. We then asked our waitress to see if there was ANY possibility to change spot because we didn't have leg space & showed her our leg space & she said "ah ouain c'est vrai mais non". At that point, we just took the L. 2. The waitress refused to serve us in English. When we would speak, she would reply back in French. I understand that we are in Quebec, but given that the restaurant is located in DT MTL in a hotel, maybe the staff could make an effort to reply/serve their anglophone customers & English speaking-tourists in English. She clearly understood English as she was replying in 3. We arrived at the resto at 7:30pm. They had approx. 5 main course meals that you can choose from. We asked if we could get the bowl & she said that they had run out which is a bit odd since it was quite early in the evening & many couples around us had ordered the pre-made vday menu. 4. We got our entree & once we finished, the waitress passed by & asked if wanted the bill. Mind you, at this point we did not even receive our main meal yet. She did not admit that she forgot to put the order in & we had to wait another 40 mins on top of the hour that we were already there. 5. The waitress did not bring us water. We had to ask for water & when she brought it, she brought 2 glasses that were half full. 6. We both got burgers & they tasted fine. The sauce was not spread evenly on the bun so every time I took a bite, the flavour would change - I was not a fan of that. The pairing of the BBQ dipping sauce & Asian-flavoured salad did not pair well. There are many other restos in MTL where you can get a better burger for cheaper. 7. I forgot the name of the cocktail that I got but it was the one with cream. It was so strong, I had to gulp it down like I was taking a shot.View more

The girl I went with ordered the Californian burger, I ordered the cod. Food was okay, this salad they have in a bowl with the cod is really good, but her burger broke down & the cod came wrapped in a banana leaf that didnt fit the plant when unfolded haha. Table was small, every client chooses the Terrasse usually, we appreciated the atmosphere & the customer service was great hence the good tip I left. Overall 4 stars, goodView more
