Tucked away on the 5th floor of downtown HONEYROSE Hotel Montreal, Muze Lounge & Terrasse is an inspiration. A place to escape from the everyday, where time stops for a moment of celebration. The jungle-inspired décor evokes dreams of travel to an exotic land, whilst the expansive covered terrace allows guests to keep watch over the bustling Quartier des spectacles rain or shine.
With healthy Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, an extensive cocktail menu, and our all day menu and Dj nights, Muze is a laid-back dining experience not to be missed.

Very generous 2.. Service was slow, & by slow I mean insufferably so. During the four hours I was there I was served water three times & mind you, the cups are very small- I was not drinking anything else & the server knew that. The place is beautiful, I can't deny that, but the price of *everything* is exorbitant, 20$+ for any cocktails, 15$+ for mocktails ?? & the food was alright at best, the only positive point I can find to this place was the chocolate cake.View more

I went here with 12 friends for my 25th birthday. I'm really grateful they were able to accommodate a large party on short notice. We had a beautiful table on the terrasse. Ambiance was exceptional - full restaurant but not too loud to impede on conversation. The staff was delightful with the exception of one waiter (not ours). I had gotten up to tell her we were finally ready to order after discussion, forgetting that she wasn't our waiter. We were just going to take one plate of every item on the sharing menu (simple as that) so I asked if I could just tell her then & there. She was extremely rude about it, she ordered me to sit down aggressively & gave me an evil stare until I did. I didn't mean any harm or to delay her. I don't think she dealt with that situation professionally. Our cocktails & food were delicious. Everything tasted fresh & it was all very reasonably priced. Highly recommend for drinks & sharing menu. Have yet to come back for a meal. I'm intrigued. Thank you!View more

From the moment we arrived, this restaurant exceeded all expectations. The atmosphere was absolutely enchanting-elegant yet welcoming, with just the right balance of charm & comfort. We were fortunate to be seated on the stunning terrace, which offered a perfect setting for a relaxed, unforgettable evening.
What truly made the night exceptional was the incredible service. The manager, Dany, went above & beyond in every way. Attentive, thoughtful, & impressively detail-oriented, he made us feel like the evening was crafted just for us. From remembering our preferences to ensuring every course was timed perfectly, their presence elevated the entire experience.
The combination of a serene ambiance, beautiful setting, outstanding service, & reasonable pricing created a truly special night. This is the kind of place you'll want to return to-where the experience stays with you long after the evening ends.

Pretty disappointing TBH. It's located inside the honeyrose hotel which is absolutely beautiful however the lounge/terrasse is lacking in a lot of areas. The decor is so cute here however food was not good & sadly neither were the cocktails.View more

The atmosphere is warm & inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The staff truly elevate the experience, especially the manager, Jesse. Jesse's friendliness & attentiveness set the tone for exceptional service. The entire team is incredibly friendly & goes out of their way to ensure every guest feels welcome & well taken care of. The food is another highlight. Every dish we tried was delicious, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. Whether you're there for a casual drink or a full meal, you're in for a treat. First time & it won't be the last. The hotel itself is beautiful & the restaurant keeps with the aesthetic. Though it was busy, it didn't feel busy-we received a lot of special attention from management (director on down) - including a nice chat with the French chef! We started with the burrata & even though I'm generally not a kefta fan, the presentation looked so good, I had to order it as my main & was not disappointed. Vegetables were cooked to perfection, & fries were perfect-a bigger/ fatter version of everyone's favourite, McDonald's lol. Dessert, a pistachio biscuit, was lovely & light & I enjoyed my amaretto based cocktail. Great service from Judy & Lida, &, along with the venue & atmosphere, this resto ticks all the boxes!View more

The hotel & restaurant decor are GORGEOUS. We were blown away by how beautiful everything was. There was a live DJ & the beats were on point which added to our dining experience. Food was really good. We enjoyed our meals very much & had a great overall experience! Will definitely return.View more

We like to have fancy holiday outings. We decided they had the look & location we were looking for. We weren't sure what to expect & an analysis of the menu did not help us at all. In fact, our expectations were probably lower after that but once we got our order we realized we were wrong. Located on the 5th floor of the (newish) beautiful honeyrose hotel, it has a great view on parts of downtown, & a gorgeous decor laden with flamingo & a pseudo jungle theme. We didn't eat here but the drinks matched our standards & that cheesecake... Wow. Surprisingly excellent to say the least.View more
