Great ambiance & music. Host Jesse was amazing & made the experience 10/10. Would recommend for anyone visiting Montreal & looking for some amazing food, good drinks & even better service.
went to eat with my girlfriend for our anniversary. Immediately we were impressed by how beautiful the place was . We were greeted by the manager Jesse who took great care of us. Our waitress Laurence did a great job at service . Food & drinks were great . I had the beef tartare & chicken skewers with a crème brûlée & loved it . I will definitely be back

Decided to visit the terrace bar during our stay at the Honeyrose Hotel. Service was slow despite the bar only being half full. Music was somehow too quiet to hear at the bar while also being so loud that you could hear it as high as three floors up from the bar on the 8th floor in the hotel. Bar is supposed to close at 12am, but the loud music continued well past 12am until about 1am. Drinks were ok but there's nothing really special about the bar itself.
We had a great night, beautiful place, nice terrace. Food was fine, drinks were great & a special thank you to Jesse for the warm welcome & to Andreas, our server for the attention to details. Would recommend if you're looking for a nice spot with great ambiance with colleagues, friends or date night.
The atmosphere & aesthetic are on point: we were seated on the terrace. Because of how busy the restaurant was, it took them 45 minutes to send a waitress our way so we could order: we arrived at 10pm, & by the time we could order, the cuisine was closed. However, because of the wait, they offered to reopen the kitchen to specially prepare what we wanted to consume. & to compensate the wait, the manager offered 2 drinks on the house. Waitress was very comprehensive & sweet. When it comes to the food, we tasted a guacamole with nachos which was tasty but nothing too exceptional. Would definitely come back though, having hope the wait was just a "one time thing". Overall, I would still recommend MUZE without any hesitation!
Had an absolutely wonderful evening at Muze. The aesthetic feels upscale, while also feeling warm. The cocktail menu, which has pitcher options, was impressive, & all the drinks we ordered tasted fresh & unique. To start, we ordered the octopus, which was very light & flavourful. For dinner, we enjoyed the short rib, which was cooked perfectly & came with very tasty scalloped potatoes. The black current chocolate mousse dessert completed our meal beautifully. Beyond the food & feel, we were beyond impressed with the staff. The doorman Bob was incredibly friendly & welcoming. Our server, Blanche, was attentive & helpful, allowing us to enjoy our drinks & meal at a leisurely pace. We also met the management team, Jesse & Thierry, both of whom kindly checked on us throughout our meal, putting the heater on when it started to cool down, & ensuring we were enjoying everything. It was a great evening to kick off the summer patio season. Thank you! We will be back for sure.
Hard to follow any of the negative reviews here. The atmosphere is amazing, service is good, food & drink are top notch. Staff is very attentive, & the decor is exceptional.

While the food at the restaurant was just okay & didn't leave a lasting impression, I must admit that the restaurant's aesthetic is visually appealing, making it ideal for Instagram-worthy pictures. However, I would recommend this place more for drinks rather than for dining, as that seems to be its strong suit.
Food Chicken Tacos (2 Tacos) We only wanted a small bite & this hit the spot while we sipped on Prosecco. Service Could use some improvement. This could have been us reading too much into it but we got the feel that they did not want us there. When we were seated my wife asked if they do anything special for anniversaries, as we were celebrating. We were told that we first needed to order an appetizer, entree & drink but that she would check with her manager. Of course, we never heard anything back. We didn't make a big deal & proceeded to order our food & a couple of bottles of wine. At this point, is when I began to get the uneasy feeling as we asked for two glasses of water with lemon. After asking another (3) times the waters were brought. We had to asked another two times for the lemons. We stayed at the HoneyRose for a week & lets just say this was our first & last time going to the lounge. I would suggest venturing out as there are many other places within 5-10 minutes walking. Atmosphere Nice, Chill & Laid back. They had a DJ setup but seemed to only just play from a playlist.
We got there for 6:30 & only got our mains at 8:40 the service was very slow & the food was frankly mid compared to its prices. However the drink are worth going for & the atmosphere is nice:) They offered us to take one round of shots because of the long wait but I did not take it but do appreciate the offe

We like to have fancy holiday outings. We decided they had the look & location we were looking for. We weren't sure what to expect & an analysis of the menu did not help us at all. In fact, our expectations were probably lower after that but once we got our order we realized we were wrong. Located on the 5th floor of the (newish) beautiful honeyrose hotel, it has a great view on parts of downtown, & a gorgeous decor laden with flamingo & a pseudo jungle theme. We didn't eat here but the drinks matched our standards & that cheesecake... Wow. Surprisingly excellent to say the least.
J'y suis aller cette fin de semaine pour une fête d'amis. J'arrive en voiture pensant qu'il y aurait certainement un valet, mais non. Je demande pour un stationnement, mais aucun stationnement réservé pour la clientèle des restos. Si vous avez un restaurant chic, les femmes se pointent en talons, elles ne devraient pas avoir à marcher pour trouver du stationnement. Ensuite, nous sommes arrivé à 17h & la reservation se finissait à 20h. Le staff nous ont répété au moins 3 fois que nous devions avoir finis avant 20h même s'il était encore loin de l'heure & le restaurant était vide. Coat check a l'entrée du restaurant, Mais j'ai du y retourner car personne a offert de prendre mon manteau quand je suis arrivé. Nous voulions prendre des photos a l'entrée du resto, car ambiance & déco 10/10, nous nous sommes fait avertir qu'on pouvais seulement prendre 2-3 photos meme s'il y avait personne. J'ai demandé de changer un 20$ en 2 10$ & ils ne pouvaient meme pas me faire ça. Nourriture/drinks arrivée froide & médiocre. Le resto a un potentiel énorme mais mauvaise expérience pour le moment.
IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TO THIS PLACE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION ASAP! 10/10!!! food is great, drinks are great the music is great! its BEAUTIFUL on top of that the staff is so friendly & the chef is so nice too. perfect for dates, girls day.
