This place is truly magical, the atmosphere is beautiful, the service is warm, & the cocktails are absolutely fantastic. But I had the worst burger of my life here. Definitely not the place to come for food, but 100% worth visiting for the drinks, the vibe, & the overall experience.
We had such a great experience, food was good, drinks were delish & ambiance was great ! Victoria gave us the nicest service, she was really sweet & attentive:) The rooftop has so much potential, definitely a must-try !

Very generous 2.. Service was slow, & by slow I mean insufferably so. During the four hours I was there I was served water three times & mind you, the cups are very small- I was not drinking anything else & the server knew that. The place is beautiful, I can't deny that, but the price of *everything* is exorbitant, 20$+ for any cocktails, 15$+ for mocktails ?? & the food was alright at best, the only positive point I can find to this place was the chocolate cake.
Our server Danya (I hope I spelled it right) was delightful & would recommend going to this terrace solely from her hospitality. 5 star service & drinks I'm going back tonight!
We went to Muze with high expectations due to the location, the pictures of the food & the decor. However, we got there & were really disappointed by the service. We had to ask for menus & were not checked up on by the waiter. We ordered drinks, a starter & main courses. We waited over 45 minutes for the main courses without getting an update from the waiter. We had to get up & ask for someone to get our waiter. 20 minutes later, we decided to pay & leave because the food was still nowhere to be found just like the waiter. We don't recommend you go there unless you have a lot of patience & time to spend.
Super décor, mais le service n'était pas à la hauteur de l'endroit & du prix à débourser. Les entrées étaient intéressantes, mais les mets principaux du déjà vu mal exécuté. Les drinks étaient très bien!
I went here with 12 friends for my 25th birthday. I'm really grateful they were able to accommodate a large party on short notice. We had a beautiful table on the terrasse. Ambiance was exceptional - full restaurant but not too loud to impede on conversation. The staff was delightful with the exception of one waiter (not ours). I had gotten up to tell her we were finally ready to order after discussion, forgetting that she wasn't our waiter. We were just going to take one plate of every item on the sharing menu (simple as that) so I asked if I could just tell her then & there. She was extremely rude about it, she ordered me to sit down aggressively & gave me an evil stare until I did. I didn't mean any harm or to delay her. I don't think she dealt with that situation professionally. Our cocktails & food were delicious. Everything tasted fresh & it was all very reasonably priced. Highly recommend for drinks & sharing menu. Have yet to come back for a meal. I'm intrigued. Thank you!
Absolutely fantastic night at Muze! Food was lovely, drinks were exciting & the service was A1 albeit the staff looking very young. A special shoutout to the manager Dany that took the time to come to our table, check-up on us regularly & answer our many questions about the concept!
I was fairly disappointed with the food, the platter for two especially at the price of 70$, I don't think it's worth it. The only good thing was the fries & the salad. The steak tastes like straight charcoal, the chicken is dry with no seasoning, the sausages taste like normal grocery sausages. The sauce were Tzatziki & a sweet barbecue sauce, not the kind of sauce you want for your steak. I would suggest you get the burger at this point cuz you can't go wrong with a burger. Service was very long for a group of 15, for example : no cutleries, or tissue until after food got served, we were like 5 minutes without having anything to eat our food. We didn't get our orders taken before 30 minutes we sat down, I expect drinks to be atleast ordered & served, some food orders were mixed, the bills at the end were mixed up, everything was just very long. It's a very good place to take pictures, we took some in the hallway or the bathroom! Drinks were good tho & servers & staff were still nice & accommodating admits everything :)

Went to grab some dinner with my friend. & I am stunned by the low quality of the food. We had the CHEAPEST charcuterie board with 3 miserable toppings. As for the tacos... save your money especially paying 8$ for an extra taco. You're better off going a local taqueria. Drinks were just ok. Servers were polite. You can tell how much the food quality has declined over a year. I usually never regret splurging on dinner, but this time I really do. Low budget food for high dollars. Period.
La place est très belle mais la nourriture était boff On a pris une burrata fade & un burger ordinaire... On ma dit que j'avais un extra fromage suisse mais c'était une tranche transparente & les drinks décevants pour le prix ça en vaut pas la peine

We were clients from the hotel Honeyrose, all in all we had such a lovely & romantic dinner on the terrace Muze! The space is thoughtfully designed with elegant finishes which makes a nice atmosphere. Carla was very welcoming with a bright soul. There is a live DJ with very atmospheric beats to further increase the ambiance. Our waitress Lida was wonderful, kind, & attentive. The food was great on the eyes, but the drinks were remarkable! The tropical drink was one of the best I've had in terms of depth of flavor & complexity. I would definitely come again for drinks on the terrace.

The atmosphere is warm & inviting, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The staff truly elevate the experience, especially the manager, Jesse. Jesse's friendliness & attentiveness set the tone for exceptional service. The entire team is incredibly friendly & goes out of their way to ensure every guest feels welcome & well taken care of. The food is another highlight. Every dish we tried was delicious, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. Whether you're there for a casual drink or a full meal, you're in for a treat. Perfect mtl summer spot. Food was very good, lots of cocktail & drink options, & an overall very sophisticated yet relaxed feel. Service is wonderful: Bob who helps you at the door, our waitress Blanche, & the management, Jesse. All of whom elevated the already high end feeling experience. Highly recommend to all
absolutely love this place! the staff is always so welcoming & friendly, drinks are always great (the lemoncello spritz is a summer go to) & the food has never disappointed (LOVED the beef tataki, so delicious)! If you're looking for a fun time on a terrace in downtown montreal, this is the spot! I wish i found it earlier!
