The puffs are delicious as always, but I was disappointed to see that the staff weren't wearing hairnets, beard nets, or gloves. It raises hygiene concerns, & it makes you feel like you have to inspect every bite. Cleanliness in food handling is important-I hope they take this seriously moving forward.View more
This place used to be great, but the quality has really gone downhill. It feels like they're cutting corners on both the sauce & the toppings.
Last summer, I ordered the Cookies n Cream puffs, & they didn't add the cookie crumbles on top. I assumed it was a one-time mistake since that had never happened before. However, when I ordered again tonight, my Hazelnut Biscotti puffs were missing the hazelnut topping.
I don't understand why they've stopped including the toppings that are supposed to come with the puffs, especially since they're still advertised that way. It's really disappointing, & unfortunately, I won't be coming back.View more

Best Mr Puffs in MTL, in Lasalle. I've been to a bunch & I'm the Mr Puffs guy in my family lol. The guy on the weekend makes them the best, crispy even when creamed up & all. He's there during the week too but not sure if everyday (tall guy). Very flexible with the flavors.View more

J'adore Mr Puff & ce n'est pas le premier où je vais. Les employés étaient très gentils & le service rapide, par contre le local est vraiment dégueulasse !!! C'est très très sale !!! Un bon "décrottage" des lieux serait pas du luxe !!!View more
I just can't get enough of puffs, such a fun & sweet treat to enjoy. Got the classic chocolate hazelnut topping & each puff was heavily coated with it. Puffs were hot, crispy & soft in the interior. Definitely not something to be shared especially if you're only getting 6 puffs !View more
