"The puffs are delicious as always, but I was disappointed to see that the staff weren't wearing hairnets, beard nets, or gloves. It raises hygiene concerns, and it makes you feel like you have to inspect every bite. Cleanliness in food handling is important-I hope they take this seriously moving forward."
