Je suis ressorti avec une impression très négative. Dès mon arrivée, aucun sourire, aucune chaleur, & le commis avait l'air épuisé & peu motivé. J'ai acheté des beignets avec deux glaçages & j'ai demandé à ce qu'ils soient mis séparément, ce qui est normalement possible, mais le commis a refusé de façon sèche. Ce manque de service & de considération pour le client est vraiment dommage.

We came to Mr. Puffs with a very large group late at night, & the staff exceeded all of our expectations. Despite the late hour & the size of our group, they served everyone incredibly quickly & were so accommodating with all of our different dietary restrictions. They also went above & beyond to make sure we had enough space to sit together comfortably, which couldn't have been easy with such a large party. The service was friendly, efficient, & welcoming from start to finish. A huge thank you to the team for making our night so enjoyable-we'll definitely be back!

Service cordial & souriant, mais les beignets sont servis réchauffés, donc ont durci le temps de les manger, & noyer sous les sauces. Aspect huileux. Boisson avec un lait douteux & rempli d'eau. Dommage.

J'ai passé ma commande & payé en ligne. À notre arrivée, on nous a dit que la commande n'avait pas été reçue. L'homme à la caisse n'a pas voulu vérifier avec le numéro de commande. Il a refusé de faire la commande même si c'était payé.

Original comme dessert ! Beaucoup de variété ! D'habitude, on commande en ligne, c'est la première fois que je vais sur place & tant mieux ! Car j'ai découvert une équipe sympathique & courtoise ! Bravo ! Il offre même de l'eau avec glaçons ! Merci !
