I went a few time alone & with my girlfriend & each time we find ourself please you suprise by how good, tasty, flavor & texture are for each of what we got. We are making this shop one of our go to for gifts & treats. An absolut must !!
Un service à la clientèle impeccable, une expérience de desserts, ma fois, tout simplement fantastique! Nous avons été très bien servi, le tout dans un magnifique service doré. Le choix d'éclairs est à faire rêver, nous avions trop de choix pour notre estomac. Nous avons finalement opté pour celle au citron, lime & meringue, juste ce qu'il faut d'acidité & de saveur, la Mont Royal totalement gourmande & à découvrir pour les amateurs de chocolat, puis celle au caramel & fleurs de sel. Nous avions fait la route de St-Jean pour y découvrir l'endroit & nous avons été comblé dans nos attentes. 🥰

Les éclairs étaient corrects mais sans plus. Il manquait un peu de saveur dans la crème, ou le goût d'oeuf était trop présent. Mais c'est un pâtisserie bien propre.
These eclairs are amazing! It's been so long since I've found a good eclair. The Mont Royal (traditional chocolate eclair) was out of this world! The owners were so gracious & friendly too. If you love eclairs, this is the place for you! If you don't love eclairs, you've never had a real one yet & you need to come here!

Tasty eclairs with the most beautiful presentation & plenty of unique flavors! I was hankering for a sweet treat & dropped by Mont Éclair on my way home from Plateau de Mont-Royale, & I was incredibly impressed! The shop is absolutely beautiful & decked out with all the cute, classy furniture & decor, & the staff is incredibly friendly. I was having a hard time deciding on which eclair I wanted to try, but the cashier recommended I test out their strawberry. It had a great balance of sweet & sour from the slightly acidic strawberry jam, & there was a great creamy component from the cream on top. I also love that it came with a tiny little pipette of extra strawberry sauce, which both leveled up the presentation & flavor.
I will admit that it was a tiny bit too sweet for me, even with the strawberry helping to balance out the flavor profile, but I think that's a challenge I have with all eclairs. It was a super tasty sweet treat, & I loved the space, so will definitely have to come back to try some of their other flavors.
I look forward to being able to order on Uber again. I bought it from the store before & ordered it on Uber. It was delicious. Now I can't order on Uber. We hope the store can provide Uber delivery.😄

En tant que artisans boulanger propriétaire moi-même, je comprends toutes les subtilités du métier de marier art de bien faire & impératifs commerciaux. L'harmonie est toujours un défi. Ici, dans cette pâtisserie, c'est selon moi une grande réussite pour répondre à la qualité & d'apportez une variété & une service hors pair.
Entrant seulement pour un entremets en fin de journée avant un repas ailleurs, j'ai plutôt rencontré un propriétaire accueillant, chaleureux, passionné & généreux. J'ai goûté à plusieurs produits de chocolat fins maison d'une grande finesse.
J'ai essayé un remarquable entremet lavandre & passion sur sablé. Belle tenue, superbe harmonie des saveurs, frais & rafraîchissant.
J'y retourne pour mon prochain entremet mais aussi pour les truffes. Je dois tout essayé!
