Place is a scam. Products are not fresh - days old!. Owner lies & says they are made daily with fresh ingredients. They are inedible. Owner very rude & un co-operative.

Vraiment pas frais c'était insultant!! Plus de 50$ d'éclairs & une seule était fraîche. Les autres goûtaient le frigidaire & la pâte à choux était dur comme de la roche. C'est rare que je fais de mauvaise critique mais cet endroit est inacceptable.

Incredibly rude staff. It felt like my presence was an inconvenience while purchasing any of their pastries. The eclaire was mediocre at best & for $8 I would have been better off going to a chain coffee shop & getting a $1 donut. Not worth the price, the trip, or the bad vibes.

The éclairs were absolutely beautiful to look at, & we were very excited to try them. We chose six different varieties, hoping to enjoy a nice selection.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the freshness & taste of the pastries. Not one of the varieties tasted truly fresh to us. We shared the pistachio éclair between three people, & we all agreed that it had very little flavour. The pâte à choux also seemed unusually moist & wet, & did not taste fresh.

The lemon meringue éclair was also disappointing. The meringue & icing were quite dry, while the pâte à choux again had an unusual taste & texture that made us question its freshness.

I want to emphasize that the pastries were beautifully presented & looked absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, based on our experience, the taste & freshness did not match their appearance. I hope this was simply an off day, because the éclairs certainly looked like they had a lot of potential.

I was looking forward to trying a classic French éclair with the traditional vanilla pastry cream filling. Since there were many flavors, I specifically asked which one was the regular/classic éclair, & I was told it was the one with the chocolate icing.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be filled with a chocolate cream that tasted more like a mixture of cornstarch, cocoa, & milk than real pastry cream. The filling had an artificial, starchy texture & didn't resemble a traditional French éclair at all. It was very disappointing, especially because I asked for the classic version.

If you're advertising something as the regular éclair, I would expect the traditional filling, or at least to be told that it has a chocolate filling instead. I left feeling misled & disappointed.
