Offrir des pâtisseries de Mont Éclair à un être cher équivaut à lui tendre un somptueux bouquet de fleurs comestibles. À l'ouverture de la boîte, ma mère a éclaté d'une réaction viscérale, un sursaut accompagné d'un cri d'émerveillement, tant la présentation des produits est transcendante. Personnellement, je n'avais jamais vu d'entremets d'une telle luisance & parfaite rondeur. Sur place, l'heure des choix était difficile & je n'ai pas réussi à convaincre la gentille employée qui cherchait systématiquement de s'écarter du champ visuel de mon appareil photo de me divulguer lesquels étaient ses chouchous. Chose certaine, elle semblait éperdument en amour avec toutes ces reluisantes créations qu'elle dévorait régulièrement. Gardant à l'esprit les goûts de ma mère, j'ai mis la main sur six délices - pour avoir droit à un rabais équipollant aux taxes - en me disant que l'éclair aux pistaches ferait le plus son affaire, mais c'est plutôt l'éclair au tiramisu qui a lui causé une belle surprise (elle n'est pas une grande amatrice de tiramisu en général). En fin de compte, elle a éprouvé un plus grand plaisir à les regarder qu'à les consommer, les trouvant légèrement trop riches en sucre & pas suffisamment exquis en saveurs pour qu'ils figurent en amont de son classement. Pour ma part, j'ai bien apprécié les éclairs, mais aucune pâtisserie ne m'a captivé au point de vouloir en reprendre. Nonobstant, je loue le savoir-faire, la créativité & l'attention portée à l'apparence. On ressent l'amour que Yasmine Naili & Meriem Aknak y mettent & c'est précisément pour cette raison que les desserts de Mont Éclair constituent un formidable cadeau pour une femme qui vous est chère.
