Nous avons été très satisfaits du restaurant. Le service toujours impeccable avec beaucoup d’attention vers le client. Côté cuisine tout était parfait, cuisine simple avec des bons produits. Leur carte de vin est impressionnant. Hautement recommandé pour un dîner avec des amis ou bien en couple.

Superbe resto... $$$ plus. Malheureusement difficile du juger la cuisine & l'atmosphère du resto chic quand une gang de caves qui se pensaientt etre dans un bar sportif sont a la table a cote... complètement ruiné l'expérience... Je ne comprends pas comment ce genre de comportement peut être acceptable dans un tel établissement... Le $ règne... Cuisine & decor superbe mais experience mediocre... Second time at Monarque, food just as good as the first. Everything was cooked beautifully, & with the exception of the halibut, presented uniquely & deliciously. Every single cocktail was outstanding as well, highly reccommend the 'pistache'.
Our server was unfriendly & blatantly condescending. I ordered a gin martini & he made an obvious scoff & quite literally shook his head when I didn't specify which gin. Specifying house was fine, he made a perpetually sarcastic offer of tanqueray. Totally ruined the vibe of the service.
I'll be back for the food, wine, & not the service.

I went to this restaurant with my husband for his birthday & we had an exceptional gastronomic experience. The dishes were exquisite, from the taste to the presentation. We could savour every flavour that was written on the menu. The restaurant’s decoration was very cozy & we felt very comfortable there. The only downside was that the desserts were not as refined as the main courses, even though they had pastry chefs. They also could not make a cake for less than 8 people, which was a pity. But overall, it was an amazing meal & I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves fine dining

The place is nice & spacious. The service is very warm & personalized. There is a good variety of delicious dishes & quite tasty drinks. They gave us a dinner to remember & we will surely return as soon as the opportunity presents itself. An extremely pleasant experience to enjoy with family or good friends.
Je suis allé le midi accompagné de 3 autres personnes. Nous avons été ravis par l'accueil attentionné & le bon service offert. La nourriture était excellente & la suggestion de vin pour accompagner les plats s'est avérée bien appropriée. Le poule au pot était délicieuse avec ses petits légumes choisis. En dessert, la tarte tatin partagée en deux constituait la parfaite conclusion d'un repas délicieux. À la prochaine occasion, nous y retournerons le soir pour comparer service & nourriture.
Décor moderne, salle à manger vaste. Malgré une salle comble, le niveau sonore est sous contrôle. Service à la table très efficace & discret. Malgré une réservation à 18:00, nous n'avons jamais senti qu'on désirait que l'on se presse à partir ( les verres à eau ont été remplis à plusieurs reprises).
Nourriture excellente, par contre, la portion de gravlax est minuscule. Très bon choix de vins à des prix raisonnables. On reviendrait volontiers.
