Here's a brutally honest review:

I had their signature avocado smoothie which is composed of maple syrup, greek yogurt & fresh avocados.

Now, they arent lying about the freshness. You can taste it & I commend them for using high quality ingredients. But thats just it. Like thats it.

I understand its healthy, clean ingredients but justifying a base price of 10,50$ for what looks like around 500-600 ml of smoothie is quite insane in my opinion. Its just smoothie, no additional toppings, no extra demands just a base smoothie is 10.50$ or 12$ something after taxes.

Its overpriced, but its not a bad once in a while healthy snack for those who value their health/fitness goals.

Maybe they are hiking the prices since its in a mall which I understant but alternatives smoothie bars (which theres a lot of competitors if ur willing to walk a little bit out of the foodcourt) has similar sizes for arouns 8-9$. Cheaper if you decide to not take additional toppings. Some place offers protein powder options or adjust the sugars levels to ur liking which can also make a smoothie healthier.View more

We'd been curious about Mon Yogourt since it first opened at Carrefour Laval, & we finally had the chance to try it. We arrived right at opening, which meant a bit of a wait, but honestly-it was worth every minute.

The yogurt sandwiches were the highlight for us. Visually, they're so fun & colourful, & the taste matches the look. The outer'cookie' layer has a rich, chocolatey crunch, while the yogurt filling is smooth, lightly sweet, & surprisingly refreshing. They somehow feel indulgent without being too heavy or overly sweet-like a treat you don't have to feel guilty about.

We also tried a few of the yogurt drinks, & they're made fresh right in front of you when you order. The green one we had was especially good-creamy, fruity, & not too icy like other places. You can tell they use quality ingredients, & the texture is perfectly thick without being clumpy.

There's also a cute promotional draw where you can win a Labubu figure with your order, which adds a little fun to the experience. We didn't win this time, but it gave us a good laugh.

If you're into yogurt-based desserts, Mon Yogourt is definitely worth checking out. It's a creative, high-quality option that stands out from your average dessert spot. We'll definitely be back-hopefully next time with a Labubu in hand!View more
