Okay I must admit that it is difficult to rate the place which is considered the best restaurant in the country without bias.
Is it the best restaurant in Canada/Montreal? I don't know, but this is definitely the amazing one.
Almost everything we tried was incredible - sea urchins, snow crab, scallops toast & buckwheat cake ( spinach was okay though ).
Nice atmosphere & service, nothing to complain. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing food, great wine, hip vibe. One of the best spots in the city (& country!)
Une atmosphère agréable & une première expérience exceptionnelle, excellent service & une connaissance assez époustouflante en sommellerie dont Fiona a fait preuve & rendu notre soirée en une expérience Unique !
On reviendra aussitôt
Amazing dining experience! Wiped down every plate! Fiona is incredibly knowledgeable about the wine & the food. The entire staff was super thoughtful & hospitable! They explain everything! Absolute FAVORITE were these scallop mousse sandwich - DO NOT MISS THIS!!!
One of the best restaurants in Canada, what can I say. You need to make reservations several weeks in advance, if not a month in advance, if you want to eat here.
The quality of ingredients here is outstanding. Our group of three ordered several dishes to share, as the portions are on the smaller side. We had the snow crab, scallop French toast, buckwheat cake for dessert, duck breast, & a salad with duck or cow liver. Every dish was exceptional in flavor, making it clear why this restaurant is ranked among the best in Canada. My only wish is that the portions were slightly larger, especially for sharing, considering the price. That said, the wine recommendations from our waitress were excellent. The atmosphere was warm & cozy, & the service was fantastic. I'd definitely return!
Might be so far one of the best places I've eaten at in Montreal? Food is great, service is great, price is surprisingly not expensive for the quality you get. Their dishes are for sharing, so we pretty much ordered 3/4 of their seasonal menu & got to try everything. Surprisingly we liked everything we ordered, which is quite rare. Only downside would be that it's really hard to book a spot as it's very popular. Would definitely go back when there menu changes in the next season. Can't wait!
