It was an amaizing experience we tried a varity of délicious korean food tokpuki , bulgugi, korean chicken , the korean side dish were so déliciuos on top of that we had papbinso a korean dessert ,the stuff was really nice & the servise was good as well i strongly recommend.
This was only my second time trying Korean food, & it completely exceeded my expectations! The meat seasoning was incredible, & our Korean server (unfortunately didn't catch her name) was so friendly & took the time to explain how to enjoy each dish properly. Great food & wonderful service . I can't wait to come back!
I would go back to Montreal just so I could eat here again. The food was so good. It was my first time trying Spicy Korean fried chicken & it was amazing. Wow. The only thing that surprised me were the limited meat options for the bbq since I don't eat pork. I was really looking forward to the short rib but they were out 🥲
Big fan of Korean food here & this place doesn't disapoint. Came here for both lunch with coworkers & also for the AYCE menu & both are well priced with generous portion!

Checked the menu before going to Mon Ami Korean BBQ. I was hoping to eat à la carte as announced on their website. Unfortunately the only choice offered was the 44 $ all u can eat menu. Appetizers are good. The BBQ : ordinary. Chicken takes a long time to cook. A lot of fatty meat. I would not go back there.
Near marché Jean-Talon. Good ventilation for a Korean bbq. Minimal smell lingers on clothes. We ordered à la carte & everything was good except tteoboki.

This was a first time visit but have been to many Korean BBQ restaurants. The service was friendly but was lacking in attentiveness. I blame this to too little staff on the floor. The servers were definitely overworked hence the experience was affected. Menu & ordering procedure was actually great but don't come here if you don't have a smartphone as it's done through a QR code. The food had some solid items like the fried chicken options but a little of other items were just ok. The dessert items were limited to a dismal fruit popsicle or shaved ice with red bean😩. By far the most frustrating thing was the cooktops which were so underpowered & took forever to cook your food. I wouldn't say that I wouldn't come back but I would choose a quieter time & temper my expectations. The cost of just over $40 pp for all you can eat is a decent value.
The food is good & tasty. The place was a bit smokey & my clothes smell like that smoke quite a bit. The vents over the hot pots are not sufficient. If you don't mind the smoke then it is a nice Korean all you can eat dining experience.
Food is very good! This was my first time coming to a Korean BBQ place that I had to cook my own meat. I thought it would be challenging but it was so easy & the food is so good! We had the bulgogi beef & the beef short ribs. The waiter was very nice & explained the menu. He was the only server but was working hard to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Set up was very nice & clean.
I visited this located two weeks ago with a friend of mine. I was very excited to try out the Korean bbq as I've hear so many raving reviews about it. I was not disappointed, the staff was patient & helpful, the atmosphere was fun & welcoming & as for the food 10/10 as a meat lover the food was delicious with lots of varieties. Recommend 💯
