Very disappointing experience on September 12 at about 18:20. We called before coming & they said we could have a table. We arrived at the restaurant about 5 minutes (not even exaggerating, really about 5 minutes) after we finished the call. The woman managing tables said they gave the table to some other people who weren't even at the restaurant. & infuriatingly, the restaurant was mostly empty at the time. We were turned away with barely any apology.

How can you tell someone on the phone that they can come for a table & then assign the table to other people within about 5 minutes? & why shouldn't any of the empty tables go to people who are already there after calling? Baffling & very disappointing. Just a very unpleasant experience

This place is quite small & packed, it was busy when we got there. We made a reservation & then when trying to change it, it wasn't letting us cancel & rebook. we called the restaurant so many times, yet no answer. then it said to text on instagram which we did & it only lead us to bookings. we even arrived 7 minutes late & our table wasn't ready. the food was absolutely delicious, but it's a shame we couldn't order what we actually wanted because most of the food that took long, we couldn't order. I don't blame the worker whatsoever, in fact i felt so bad for him as he was the only one working while it was busy. He was running around trying to help everyone. This message goes out to management: PLEASE hire people to work on these kinds of days where it's busy & help is needed. never put that poor man in this position again.
