En groupe d'amis ce soir la, on a bien manger mais on a bien payer aussi... le concept est super sympa la nourriture est bonne, mais le service... ce soir là, le serveur/gérant/cuisinier/caissier était seule, donc compliqué pour lui & pour les clients. Tarif au dessus de la moyenne. Je ne dirais pas que je recommande pas, ça reste sympas entre amis.
Je commande régulièrement chez eux via Uber & on aime aussi aller sur place. Lorsque j'ai commandé hier, la livreur Uber a laissé ma commande chez quelqu'un autre. Après avoir contacté le livreur qui n'a rien fait, j'ai commandé à nouveau chez Mon Ami. Une personne du restaurant m'a appelé pour confirmer que ce n'était pas une erreur car ils avaient déjà fait cette commande ce soir là. Je lui ai expliqué la situation & pourquoi je recommandais. Elle m'a dit qu'elle commençait la commande à l'instant. Une fois la commande arrivée, j'ai vu que le personnel de Mon Ami m'avait ajouté, sans frais, une mayo épicée & des crevettes frites, avec un petit mot. Avec tout ça j'attendais depuis presque 2h de pouvoir manger & ce petit geste m'a vraiment redonné le sourire. Ils n'étaient pas obligé, l'erreur n'était pas la leur, mais ils ont fait le geste de plus & ce fut extrêmement apprécié.
