The service was amazing. The waitress, Veronica, was working with many people in the place yet she was able to serve our food with a smile. Plus very approachable & attentive. The atmosphere was also really nice.
Very slow service, no one came to great us until 10 minutes after we arrived. Had to wait 30 minutes + before we could sit down, even tho we had made a reservation. The food took 30 minutes + to arrive, & was served cold. Little to no service, the experience overall wasn't great. The "ramen" (if we can even consider it as such) with a slice of kraft cheese was honestly disgusting, I don't understand how the staff thought it was okay to serve that "dish". Ordering some veggies plates to receive a single mushroom & 2 pieces of peppers is quite deceiving. The restaurant was full of smoke due to the bad aeration. Nedless to say, it was a very deceiving & also very overprice experience, we will not be returning.
Voici quelques point negatif. 1- serivce long 2- pas d'ustencils 3- pas de napkin a la table. Resultat main sale. 4- pas d'eau chaude dans les toilettes pour le lavage des mains... 5- apres le lavage de main, rouleau de papier brun vide. (Ca va bin!) 6- Je comptend tres bien le fait de payer un extra quand les client ne termine pas de manger la nourriture commandé, cependant, la "petite feuille pour commander les plat" n'est vraiment pas clair. Tres difficile de savoir les quantité en commandant. 7- justement, "les petite feuille pour commander les plat" ne sont pas disponible aux tables. 8- le services & exécrable. Aucune explication, on attend 15-20 min pour avoir les breuvage commandé. 9- Le prix de l'alcool est 25% plus cher qu'ailleur. & pour finir... 10- reservation a 20h15, nous somme arrivé a 20h10. La table a ete prete a 20h35. Attendre 25min dans un portique de 4pied par 4 pied c'est ordinaire en sacrement. Seul point moyen. La nourriture est bonne. Sans plus. P.S. Vos ramen mr. noodle avec les la tranche de single kraft sul top. C QUOI CA P.P.S. Vous avez du frond a demandé un review 5 etoile a l'ENTRÉ DU RESTO moyennant une "FRIANDISE"
Super belle expérience. Nourriture excellente. Super service de Chloé, qui n'arrête jamais, souriante & très gentille. Je recommande fortement ce resto, pour découvrir la nourriture Coréenne.
Super bon Bbq Coréen. La semaine c'est relax. Super music K-pop. La fin de semaine, beaucoup de monde, alors c'est préférable de réserver, & de prendre le dernier service, si possible.
Took one hour just to get water, hour 15 to get the first plate of meat. There is a 2 hour time limit to put this in perspective. No one even came to our table for 45 minutes. You can't order without a piece of paper which we never had. The food is not bad, meats have good flavour. But it is insanely slow. You have to fight to get water, your paper to order, or any sauces for your meats. The staff were running around & super busy. So I would not blame any employee. I think they are either grossly understaffed, or do not stagger tables correctly to produce good flow. There was a huge line outside & a completely empty restaurant. They should not do seatings like this, the kitchen & the staff will get overloaded at once.
