Had an amazing night at MOLLIE Bar Resto! The food was delicious - the bison burger was absolutely exquisite, perfectly cooked & full of flavor. Paired it with a side of crispy fries & fresh greens, & it hit the spot.
Drinks-wise, you have to order the mezcal. Smooth, smoky, & the perfect complement to the meal.
The ambience was great too - relaxed, welcoming, & the staff were super friendly. You can tell they really care about making guests feel at home. Shout to the team for the great vibes!

Une belle expérience; soirée d'été sur la terrasse. Cocktail & repas excellent. Moi & mon conjoint avons partagé une entrée de pieuvre avec un burger de bison, salade & frites
Very nice location, & great for a drink! Nice staff. Food was far below average while being heavily overpriced. We got a very tiny pasta plate, a veggie burger, the arincini & one non alcoholic 0.3 beer. We paid $80 including tax. Would love to see much better food, then it would be excellent
Amazing food, grest service. This place has a great selection of Cider, the food is good I got the burger & it came with fries & salad food was fast but properly cooked! Manager is friendly & esger to please & staff is punctual & proffesional!

We had a most excellent experience here with Ella the bartender & Steve for my 30th Birthday, I haven't had this much fun at a bar in years. The Bison Burger & the Mussels were amazing, & the Ganache au Chocolat was incredible. Wonderfully priced drinks, impeccable customer service, & personality truly make this place shine. Will have to come back & visit in the future.
