I understand the hype now, & i'm totally hyped over this place 😍 The spot is super cute, has the best golden hours. Also the best 5a7 1$ Oysters 🦪 The food is just incredible ; the meat cooked to perfection, creamy & hearty soup, fries are perfectly fried crunchy on the outside & soft on the inside, the butter is home made, the sauce is homemade too & super flavorful, desserts & drinks are on point 👌 I'll come back for the rest of the menu hihihi i want to try tartare & the mac & cheese 😁 !View more
Cozy restaurant where we can hear each other even at its busiest. I loved their oysters & sea bass dish!View more
Came for a drink, decided to have some oysters. They were fresh & delicious.View more
Got the buck a shuck oysters (actually 1.99) & the jalapeno sauce it came with was awesome. The steak tartare was very good & came with a super generous portion of fries. Came in on a Monday night at around 6 so it wasn't that busy. Sat at the bar & bartender was really good. Very friendly & provided some good suggestions.View more
Food was just so underwhelming. The steaks had the consistency of liver (as if they were first boiled in water or soaking too long), the oysters were not fresh, & the salad was meh. The fries were amazing, though. Overall, Mignon is was not worth it at these prices.View more
Amazing spot, their fries r delicious ! 1$ between 5 & 7 , their after 7 oysters are great. Friendly staff. Delicious cocktails with high end finesseView more
Stopped by on my way to go running with friends when I saw the $1 oysters sign. Who doesn't like a spontaneous deal when you're hungry?! I saw the white napkin rolls, fancy-ish looking place, & then realized I was wearing neon shorts. Yikes. But the staff didn't flinch - I got a great seat on the beautiful patio & the servers were super attentive. The oysters were really delicious as was the mignonette!View more
Everything was perfect. The steak was well done, the fries were excellent! Crispy, hot, salty, what more could you ask for? UNLIMITED FRIES! That's what! Oh & give the dill pickle martini cocktail, it was just what I needed after a long day. I didn't have any oysters but, the oyster special was very popular with the finance bros at the next table.View more
Great food & drinks! The oyster offer from 5-7 pm is definitely worth itView more
It was our first time at Mignon, & we'll definitely return. Great little place, with a simple yet delicious menu. We both had the steak & fries & it was excellent! The meat perfectly done with a good sauce, melts in your mouth. & 1$ oysters to start! If you're looking for a warm atmosphere to enjoy excellent steak without overpriced trend, this is it.

Absolutely delicious happy hour oysters, & a great wine list.View more
Our server was lovely, the drinks & oysters were delicious. My friends really enjoyed their steak frites. However, I ordered the asparagus salad as it is one of the only vegetarian options on the menu. & it was genuinely one of the most disappointing vegetarian dishes I've ever been served. It was essentially a pile of unseasoned, wet vegetables on a smear of hummus. It was not worth the cost. I would strongly recommend that you consider replacing your vegetarian option. An actual salad or adding back a vegetarian steak replacement for the steak frites would be much better options. I am not usually one to write feedback, but I wanted to share my opinion. Thank you.
It's an ‘okay' spot. Probably won't go back there as often as I had hoped to at first glance.
The room looks cozy & super inviting. They've definitely done a great job redesigning it.
The service is excellent. The staff is pleasant, helpful & very courteous.
The drinks are disappointing, especially the cocktails. They're working with a ‘twist' on classics, resulting in major flops (I definitely would not recommend the dirty martini twist). What's even more concerning is that the resto doesn't have a dedicated bartender: the person making the cocktail is rushing them in between waiting tables & loading dishwashers. That's the sign of a poor cocktail right there.
The steak is definitely not ‘mignon'. It was okay, a solid 6/10. Hiding under a lake of peppercorn sauce, one struggles to get an honest taste. But that's what they're going for. Also, there's way too much fries on the plate, making you wonder if they're overcompensating for something.
Dessert was also underwhelming.
I also found the oysters gravely mispriced ($4 a pop is aggressive to claim without backing it up with quality).
Bref, an entrée, main plate & two glasses of wine should not cost as much as it did considering the quality.
So yeah - a very ‘okay' place I'm afraid.
