I am shocked by how underrated this place is. The aesthetic is modern but nothing out of the ordinary. But the Neapolitan style pizzas are where this place shines, & is the best I've tried in Montreal & possibly the best I've had in Canada.
I went with the Soppressata, though I should've gone with the Marguerita, as the fresh buffalo is worth the price.
But the dough on this pizza is the highlight. It is a larger base than usual, the crust also doesn't feel as large yet retains warmth throughout really well. Despite this the spotting & crispy mess on the crust & underneath is extremely good, the centre does not fall apart at all yet is still thin. Everything from the dough to the meat just has an insane crisp.
The dough also has a real flavour to it, apparently being locally milled flour which goes to show sometimes it's better not to completely follow the standards which really changed my view on things. Everything has a nice balance the San marzanoes are fresh & well distributed. Basil is aromatic, however I think heat may have harmed it a bit. The dough on the inside though doesn't look it on the outside is still very chewy but also airy as it should be.
Overall 9.1/10 but the dough is elevating this, get the Margherita with that fresh buffalo (which they gave me some of) & it's gonna be higher.
This place is for both families but most of all pizza lovers, got to talk to the chef & it's a real experience & got to learn a lot. No fooling around you choose your pizza & you pay right there, they are serious about this stuff.

Ordered 2 Margherita 1 cheese & 1 sopressata ; all very good. The dough did not bloat us. Minimalist decor, minamilast menu. Great place for a casual pizza & beer. Will definitely come back.
This pizzeria gem in Montreal will blow you away. Perfect thin crust & the dough is outstanding, Toppings are high quality & so tasty. Service is friendly & rapid. The music playing is always slick. They could work on the atmosphere but nothing negative just a little touch would go a long way.
OMG the dough is SO FLUFFY!!! Huge portions, great price, super friendly staff - especially the pizza chef! Thanks for entertaining my order of pizza with no cheese :)
This is the best Napolitano pizza I've had in Montréal. The only thing that the pizza from Naples has on this is they have more fresh cheese & tomatoes. The dough is perfectly produced. The pizza's are well balanced. Their most economical pizza spicy "soppressata" is my favorite.
Loved it, some of the best pizza I've ever had & definitely among the best in the city. Excellent dough, excellent flavours - just fantastic.
My favourite is the Michel-Ange - I've never had anything like it. The dough, the sauce, the pecorino, the basil, the oregano, the garlic, the other spices... they're all so great & they compliment each other so well. Best pizza I've ever had, life changing stuff. Shoutout to the boys running this place, they're doing something special.
