Quelle belle découverte sur la rue Jean-Talon. La pizza est tout simplement délicieuse.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la cuisson de la pâte, avec ce dessous parfaitement grillé & ces petites marques de feu qui donnent un goût authentique. Les ingrédients sont frais & savoureux.

C'est rare de trouver une pizza aussi bien équilibrée. Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour une autre belle expérience.
