Je suis allé pour la dernière fois la semaine dernière. Quel dommage. Les plats signés par le chef Kolya Olivier sont exquis. Malheureusement le chef a été remercié & le restaurant changera de menu. Je vais suivre le chef dans sa prochaine aventure au Hoogan & Beaufort.

Easily in the top 3 best tasting menus in Quebec. The team & the chef are young, & have enormous potential. It is one of the most exploratory, yet best executed, tasting menu that I have had in years. The ingredients, the plating, the textures, etc., everything is on point. 6 dishes really blew my mind: the alpaca empenada, the mais (even asked to be served twice!), the carapulcra, the tiradito, the'duck ban mi' & the lucuma. What a discovery. The team's passion for the food (& the alcohol, especially Mexican algave-based liquors) is refreshing.
This restaurant has a bright future. I am happy I got to be there before it got too famous & was able to casually speak to the team all night. I heavily recommend! Go before you won't be able to get a sit anymore!

The first words are: thoughtful, intentional, passionate & experiential. Also: relaxed, subtle, familiar, yet new. The variety & complexity of flavours through the courses is a delight for the senses. Highly recommend the wine pairing option.
The space feels exclusively cosy ~ not overdone; like a newly discovered well-kept & carefully shared secret.
Location, location, location! (Old Montreal)
The passion & care shines through every bite, sip, taste & service.
Cannot recommend this privilege highly enough.

Expérience culinaire incroyable ! C'était réellement unique. Service attentionné, ambiance familiale, & un soucie du détail impressionnant. L'endroit est chaleureux & très agréable. Le concept d'un resto « speak easy » métrite d'être souligné. L'attention du maître d'hôtel Simon jumelé à la magie culinaire du chef Kolya Olivier rend cet endroit incontournable. Chaudement recommandé.

J'ai eu la chance de vivre l'expérience mezcla & je peux vous dire que je n'étais pas déçu. Ce qui m'a charmé encore plus de ce petit trésor caché c'est l'équipe derrière. Kolya un merci spécial pour toi & ton hospitalité qui a rendu mon expérience inoubliable. Je recommande à 100%.

Une superbe soirée entre amis, un décor feutré, une ambiance décontractée, un service impeccable. Une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle, l'attention portée aux détails ( textures,couleurs,saveurs ) nous laissent sur un palais en éveil service après service. Chaudement recommandé
