I don't usually write long reviews, but this place truly deserves it. From the moment we walked in, everything felt exceptional. The attention to detail, the warm welcome, & the overall vibe immediately set the tone for an unforgettable experience.
Let's talk about the food… absolutely outstanding. Every single dish was prepared to perfection - rich, fresh, & full of authentic Lebanese flavors that honestly took me straight to Beirut. The mezze selection was incredibly generous & beautifully presented, the grilled dishes were juicy & perfectly seasoned, & the desserts were simply heavenly. You can really taste the quality & care in every bite.
What made it even more special was the service. The team went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & happy the entire time. They were attentive without being overwhelming, genuinely kind, & always smiling - which made the whole experience feel so personal & welcoming.
The atmosphere deserves its own mention - elegant, cozy, & full of charm. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy your time, & create beautiful memories with family & friends.
This is not just a restaurant, it's a full experience. Easily one of the best Lebanese dining spots I've been to. A well-deserved 5 stars, & I already can't wait to come back
This is the second time I've ordered catering from Mazzeh, & once again they absolutely delivered. I ordered for a big crowd, & everyone loved the food. The taste, freshness, & quality were outstanding.
The kebabs at Mazzeh are truly some of the best in town - perfectly seasoned, tender, & incredibly fresh. Everything was prepared to perfection. The staff & service were also top-notch, very professional & helpful, which made the whole experience smooth & enjoyable.
I definitely recommend Mazzeh for catering or dining. If you're looking for amazing flavor, freshness, & quality, this place will not disappoint.

I recently stopped by Mazzeh to pick up a kebab, & I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly & the kebab was delicious-juicy, flavorful, & perfectly cooked. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food & a welcoming atmosphere.
Mazzeh is an absolute gem in Montreal! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with the warmest hospitality & truly amazing service. The staff are purely amazing - attentive, friendly, & genuinely passionate about making sure you have the best dining experience possible.The food is beyond delicious. Every dish is bursting with authentic flavors, perfectly seasoned, & beautifully presented. You can really taste the care & quality in every bite, from the fresh ingredients to the perfectly cooked dishes. It's the kind of place where you want to try everything on the menu.
I recently visited this restaurant for their Persian kebab, & I was honestly impressed. The kebab was tender, juicy, & perfectly seasoned, authentic flavors that instantly reminded me of home. The rice was fluffy, the grilled tomatoes were smoky & sweet, & the portions were generous.
What made the experience even better was the service. Our waiter, Zakaria, was incredibly kind & attentive. Overall, the combination of delicious, authentic Persian food & outstanding service, the kindest owner makes this spot a place I'll definitely return to & recommend to friends. If you go, make sure to try the kebab koobideh!
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly respectful & welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. We ordered the Royal Platter & Khoresht-e-Masti, which came with fresh, warm bread, it was absolutely delicious. The food was served on time, all the kebabs were flavorful & perfectly cooked, & everything was served hot, which we really appreciated.
The only small suggestion I have is about the rice, the taste wasn't quite to our preference. Maybe trying different brands of rice could improve it even more.
The seating area is quite limited, so if you're a group of more than 4-6, it might be better to consider takeaway.
Overall, a great experience & definitely worth visiting. Wishing the team continued success in their great work.
This delightful take-out & eat-in Persian restaurant is a hidden gem in Cote St. Luc. I had the chicken breast Joojeh Kebab, it came with a salad pita & a huge portion of beautifully marinated chicken, cooked to perfection. My husband had the Golpa lamb. It came with a large portion of rice, salad, two large strips of delicious Kebab perfectly seasoned, tender, & very tasty. We ordered an olive pomegranate & walnut salad, which was to die for! There was also pita with fried or crispy rice. A feast for the eyes & stomachs. We were full & incredibly satisfied. The meals were very reasonable & the server/cashier was attentive. Mazzeh prepares fine Persian cuisine at fast food prices!

Authentic Persian Food Done Right!
This place truly exceeded my expectations. The food quality is excellent, & the flavors are perfectly balanced-nothing too oily or overly spiced, just delicious & authentic. Portion sizes are generous, & you really get great value for your money.
If you're looking for flavorful, well-prepared Persian cuisine that feels both homestyle & high-quality, this spot is absolutely worth a visit.
Just tried this Iranian kebab takeaway for the first time & already planning my return! The koobideh kebab was incredibly juicy & perfectly seasoned, with generous portions of fragrant saffron rice & all the proper accompaniments. Everything was thoughtfully packaged & stayed fresh on the trip home. The staff was friendly & helpful with recommendations. Authentic flavors, great value, & convenient service - exactly what you want in a takeaway spot!
Perfectly designed with delicious food, I had one kebab sandwich, two servings of ghormeh sabzi, & one fesenjoon. I must mention that the team is very friendly, under the management of Mr. Masoud.
The food is simply outstanding! 5 of us wanted a small place to lunch so we could catch up & we found this gem of a place with just 1 table! It's a take out spot, but they seated us & it was great (some delivery people came in from time to time, but that didn't bother us). You HAVE to try the marinated olives (perfectly spiced) & the yogurt really compliments the stew with rice. The owner was very hospitable, gave us some special Iranian bread for free & dessert yogurt to try. All the dishes were perfectly spiced & finely crafted. If you're looking for some reasonably priced Persian gourmet cuisine, this is your spot! They don't serve alcohol, but you may be able to bring in your own. Highly recommended either way.

Located in a cozy space with a big warm heart Mazzeh brings Persian hospitality to Montreal. With a wide variety of dishes for every palate including what we sampled. The chicken Joojelicious which more than lived up to its name including sangak the incomparable Persian bread. We also tried the lamb Golpa Koobideh also with sangak which we'd never seen in this format making it super easy to roll our own sandwiches. For drinks we were adventurous & had the popular Iranian drink Istak that went perfectly with our meal of Persian delicacies. Looking forward to staying warm & well fed at Mazzeh during the long Montreal winter. A small space that also offers catering & takeout as well as deliveries. Shout out to owner/host Masoud who shared his deep knowledge of Persian philosophy around food to feed the body & soul. While you're waiting you can check out the resident beautifully illuminated copy of writings of Omar Khayyam for some impromptu divination. With any luck the message you receive will tell you to return to Mazzeh asap.
