This is by far the best middle eastern food in Montreal!!! This is my second time in the restaurant , I tried fahsa while my partner had the lamb mandi … both are amaziiiiiing. The stuff is great 😊 You should definitely try it
First time tried Yemeni food in Montreal & had the best experience in terms of food & customer service.
We ordered chicken Mandi & Mazbi chicken both tasted so delicious & authentic.
It’s better to call & reserve a table. I just happened to call them & ask if they have chicken Mandi left, they only had 1 left they put it aside for me. That was nice of them.
We asked for mandi chicken but were told that item is sold out so had to settle for chicken mugalgal & beef mugalgal. Food was decent but really wanted mandi. Staff was nice & friendly.

SO delicious!!!! We got 3 samosas, Lamb mandi, veg stew & chai adani. Every single item was fantastic. It was so good we ate with our hands! Thank you Nile & team!
Restaurant familiale extrêmement bon ! Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le repas était délicieux & la viande était bien tendre !! Incroyable expérience culinaire. Je recommande les yeux fermées !
Delicious food & generous host. Very hospitable & great vibe. We ordered mazbi lamb & moghalghal chicken, verify flavorful, well cooked. Owner refilled rice on the restaurant.
a friend recommended this place & I was truly impressed!! it's my first time eating yemenite food I sure hope it won't be my last because it's a cuisine that feels so complex & full of new flavors,, portions are enormous, 3 plates are more than enough for 4 grown humans,, they really put an effort in the décoré of the space & the restroom is the cleanest I've seen in Montreal (my place included),, definitely give it a try, you won't regret it!
pd. get the 3 sambosas (cheese one was my favorite)
pd2. I didn't try the veggie options but I'm sure they are as good or even better than the meat ones

Try something new & go to Mazbi Restaurant if you want warm comfort food with a touch of exotic nuts & spices! I definitely recommend it! Service is always lovely which makes it a place I love to come back too!
