Visited Montreal from Toronto, Ontario, & had the chance to try Mazbi Restaurant. First of all, the customer service was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, & very knowledgeable about their food, ingredients, & flavours. They took the time to explain everything properly & made sure we were ordering dishes that matched our taste preferences, which made the experience feel very personal & genuine.
You can really tell this is a hardworking, family-owned restaurant that takes pride in serving authentic Yemeni food. We tried several items from the menu, including the broth, chicken mandi, chicken mazbi, lamb mazbi, & a couple of other dishes whose names I can't quite remember & everything was full of flavour, fresh, & comforting.
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Authentic food, generous hospitality, & a warm atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you're in Montreal & want real Yemeni cuisine.
Delicious food, the meat melts, desserts & tea are original & delicious. The decoration is gorgeous & the smell of food & spices when you enter the place makes you instantly hungry. The music is very low so you can talk & enjoy. They also have traditional Yemeni clothes in case you want to try them on & take pictures. Beautiful location & friendly staff ❤?
Excellente expérience ! La cuisine est vraiment savoureuse, bien épicée & pleine de goût, un vrai régal du début à la fin. C'était une très belle découverte. Les portions sont généreuses, ce qui ajoute encore au plaisir. Mention spéciale pour le service, qui est à la fois chaleureux & attentionné. On se sent tout de suite bien accueilli. Je recommande vivement cet endroit & j'y retournerai avec plaisir !

This is some of the best food we've had in years. We got very knowledgeable recommendations from the server & everything was so flavorful. The food took a while to get there but it was worth it. Price is reasonable too & the portion size was great.
