Le service etait vraiment très personnalisé & les serveuses du midi comme du soir sont très agréables & professionnelles. Les mets sont délicieux & faits avec des produits frais & de qualité. A goûter !!!

Lovely little restaurant with a delightful staff. Accommodated our party though we had no reservation. Interesting menu, different than your typical American Greek taverna. Great ouzo, feta, olives & pork chops. Highly recommended.

Came during my trip to Montreal. The atmosphere & deco were nice. However they seemed to be short handed at the restaurant, everything took a long time. The waiter spilled a pool of water on the table while filling my glass & did not bother to wipe it off.
I ordered grilled octopus, calamari & pork chop. The octopus is nothing like the picture online. Only one tentacle in this $29 dish & it was rubbery & bland, not fresh at all. Pork chop & calamari were just ok. Overall food portion was very small & price was high for the quality of the food.

The lamb chops & octopus were perfect but the sea bass was overcooked. The fish is definitely not worth the price & discounted our dining experience.

Mati is what happen when you let French trained chefs make Greek food. A+ We had the saginacki with honey, amazing Pappas & an unforgettable pork chop. Running back next time in town.

Spectacular food & amazing service. We ate at the bar because we didnt make a reservation, & it was the first phenomenal bar-dining experience we had. Thank you Felix for making it such a wonderful dining experience for us! Highly recommend the Sea bass, shishito peppers, & watermelon salad!

🥇 Coup de coeur absolu à Montréal : Le Mati
Fan inconditionnel de cuisine grecque, j'ai trouvé mon Graal culinaire en plein coeur du Québec.
Le Mati, c'est tout simplement le meilleur resto grec que j'ai eu la chance de tester - & pas qu'un peu.
🫒 Des plats d'une simplicité élégante, parfaitement maîtrisés, présentés avec goût, & surtout... délicieux. Les saveurs sont authentiques, fidèles à la Grèce, sans compromis ni artifices.
Mention spéciale pour leurs feuilles de vigne : un bijou. Jamais mangé des comme ça.
🏛? L'ambiance ? Chaleureuse, conviviale, avec une déco soignée, sans clichés ni folklore de pacotille.
🤝 & que dire du service… Rarement rencontré un tel niveau de gentillesse & d'attention en salle. On se sent accueilli comme un invité, pas comme un client.
🚗 Pendant mon road trip au Québec, j'ai fait beaucoup de belles découvertes. Mais Le Mati reste ma plus belle expérience gastronomique du voyage.
