@ Matcha holds a special place in my heart. Nestor, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, & welcoming, & you can truly feel the care & passion he puts into everything he does.
Every time I go there, it feels like a new experience: there is always something to discover, whether it's a new tea preparation, one of his pieces of art, or just a thoughtful conversation.
The space has such a warm & calming atmosphere, & the quality of the matcha is amazing. I always leave feeling happy & inspired.
I went into this café, thinking it would be a nice authentic experience however, the owner was so rude & blatantly condescending towards me. I asked him a simple question about regular milk & he started getting so mad at me acting like I was offending his culture (he's not even Japanese). I tried to leave multiple times during the interaction & he did not let me & he was being so blatantly mean & condescending. I will never be returning here again. Do not come here.

We were just window glazing & immediately attracted by this cute tea room. The decor is so cute & special, the owner is so kind & insightful, we talked for a very long time & he's passionate about what he's doing, introducing the tea to people & actually bringing the culture & value behind the tea, & nurture the appreciation for the tea. We got the Avocatcha (avocados, matcha, & dattes), it was really fresh & original, we could feel the raw taste & scent of matcha. Can't wait to come back again!
Nous avons découvert aujourd'hui par hasard ce café de connaisseur tenu par un vrai artiste du matcha qui met visiblement beaucoup de coeur à la préparation de son art, l'attention au détail jusqu'à la préparation de son propre lait de graines de citrouille qui se marie parfaitement au matcha & crée un matcha de spécialité hors du commun ! À tester & re-tester ❤?
The owner of this store is the kindest man. You can tell he really cares about his customers & is passionate about tea & art! All the paintings & interior design is done by him. Cutest shop ever🤍
The Iron Matcha is amazing. The owner is truly a master of his practice. I would definitely recommend letting him guide you on what to get as his recommendations are great. I will definitely be going back.
It'd have been nice if the owner did not harrass female customers, he is clearly delulu & has zero respect for female customers. He thinks his job entitles him to some benefits of flirting with girls & women even if they do not want to. Which makes it out of the question to go back. He won't stop talking or asking questions, mostly inappropriate, at first I thought it was innocent & just friendly, but it was not. He is really troubled: either he makes people wait too long in line because he'd rather flirt with ladies than move the line, or he is imagining that a girl/woman who stays long for wifi is actually trying to get his attention. This is some weird behaviour, never again...& that bathroom in a creepy dark basement....gave me chills, I thought I'd end up trapped there. Do not encourage him, he thinks that if you talk back you're letting him''in'' be very careful, especially if you're very young.
