The shop is very quaint & cute, the tea tasting was fantastic, the shop owner was very grumpy. Not sure why he was so unfriendly with us. He was not welcoming & made our visit uncomfortable. We understand you may be following specific cultural traditions & we would have loved to learn more about them & respect them but no need to be so cold with your customers that are happy to come in & support your business ✌?
The matcha is made with a lot of love & care from the owner himself! He thoroughly enjoys making matcha & learning about its history. Great matcha. only thing is it might be a bit grainy.. The shop was also really nicely decorated :)

Visiting & learning from Zestor is such an amazing experience. He warmly shared his passion for matcha, carefully explaining the differences & health benefits of every tea. Specialty shops like At Matcha are becoming more rare, & Zestor's unapologetic passion for what he does makes the experience so much more special. We love you Zestor!!!
Very nice matcha shop for matcha connoisseurs. I'm not big on matcha so it was nice to try a couple of drinks (cold only). Very fun experience. The atmosphere is very nice, you need to take off your shoes & wear the slides they provide. It's like the full japanese experience. There's a not laptop sign as you come in so it's more a place to relax & socialize. I just don't like the "@" in the name because it always confuses google maps lol.
Beyond delightful. This shop has a relaxed vibe & the drinks are outstanding. Nestor, the owner & matcha master, is outstanding too! The service was tops. He has a lot of beautiful paintings he sells besides. This is my new favorite place in Montreal, try it for yourself.
So glad I found this gem of a spot! As a budding matcha enthusiast, I was nerding out on everything Nestor had to offer & all the knowledge he shared. Come here for the vibes & unique, delicious drinks! Ps. The most amazing shop in Montreal! I came here with my girlfriends for my Bachelorette & came across this shop. Nestor is so incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, & the most down to earth person! We got to taste so many teas & had many good laughs. He is also a painter so the shop is decorated with amazing artwork you can buy. I was able to get this masterpiece & am so thankful. You truly feel so wholesome going into this shop. It's an ABSOLUTE MUST for anyone in Montreal! 🤩

Although slightly different from the matcha I am used to, it was a very nice spot to stop in on our walk through Montréal. You can taste the care put into each tea that you are given. Handwritten letters adorn the walls alongside various artwork & tea-making tools, which gives the environment of the shop a very quaint romanticism. My only real complaint was the heat inside the building during the summer, which I found to be a common theme in the city. The owner was very nice, & would even wave to us as we walked by his shop in the following days.
Wonderful selection of matcha as well as other teas. The owner is quite knowledgeable & has a deep understanding of matcha. Best matcha shop in Montreal!
The drinks were so earthy & tasty! We talked to the owner for a while & he talked about the benefits of certain teas. He is clearly very knowledgeable about teas & their properties, & he even takes the time to make his own milk (out of pumpkin seeds)! Great service & a lovely little shop/resto.
Best tea shop I have ever been in & genuinely the best matcha ever. The owner is amazing & had the warmest heart. We learned so much from him, I felt like I was transcended to a tea universe. Must place to visit.

I've never been to an establishment more deserving of a five star review than this one. My girlfriend & I were just looking for a place to get some warm tea & relief from the cold rain while we killed time before a concert. In doing so we stumbled upon a true gem. For starters the tea was delicious. We started with a cup each of some sesame matcha that the owner had just made followed later by complementary small cups of white tea. As amazing as the tea was, I don't even know if that's the best part. The atmosphere of the tea shop is so inviting & calming. There are indoor plants everywhere & the walls are lined with beautiful paintings. To top all of this off the owner is so sweet & very passionate about tea. You can tell that each pot is made with love. We were only in Montréal for the night to catch a concert, but if I lived in this city there's no doubt I would be here very frequently.
The best tea shop I have ever been to, the owner Nestor is very passionate & it shows in his teas. He is very charming, & lovely to chat with - the conversation was as good as the tea
Definitely check this spot out!! Honestly one of the best tea shops I've ever come across with the nicest & funniest owner! He had a unique selection of brews from cool & refreshing to warm & hearty. You have to go & experience all the flavours yourself! He's always brewing something new, so it's very interesting to see what he creates. He also sells matcha powder, matcha whisks, & other tea accessories for reasonable prices.
Lastly, not only are the drinks amazing, the space is warm & welcoming too! The walls are decorated with his beautiful landscape pantings & the shelves are filled with art books & plants. He also had games available such as checkers & connect four. We had a blast every time we went!
