I've been going here for 20+ years. It's sad to say that quality went down tremendously. I used to love the marathon salad with a sweet light dressing. Now it's seems like a heavy mayo dressing which is not appetizing. My souvlaki pita was okay, the bread was very stale. This happened from my last few visits. I don't think I will be coming back unless the recipe is back to what it used to be. Good luck!
This place has been open for as long as I can remember & the quality has always been up to par. Every plate is delicious & the portions are huge...I usually always end up with leftovers so you definitely get your money's worth. Their takeaway is also as good as if you are eating there. We always opt for it when we dont fel like cooking.

This is probably one of the most underrated restaurant in the West Island. The food is great & portions are generous.
When we order takeout, again portions a good & just looking at the food makes me drool. You can tell it was prepared & cooked by people who care.
I'm looking at my Greek salad right now … big red tomatoes, nice chunk of cucumber with feta cheese & red onions. So fresh & made with quality ingredients.
I have been to a few locations of Marathon Souvlaki, & this is where we found the best Greek food experience in the West Island.
Take out or dine in, service & quality go hand in hand for you.

This is one of the only restaurants Iwould say I goto regularly. I usually go for lunch whether on weekdays or weekends & the service & food are consistently top-notch. This place has good quality food & quick service. The staff actually look like they are enjoying their work environment. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a great no fuss, but excellent quality Greek meal. Also, if you're in a rush, they will get you in & out quickly.

This is the best Greek restaurant ever! I cannot express enough the quality of food, the amazing service of everybody coming to our table bringning service joy & laughter! Besides that we were stunned & delighted to discover a good samaritan at the table next to us with 3 amazing daughters..what an exceptional father taking so well care of his daughters! Well this man gracefully paid all of our meals! They told us it was paid forward!😀😀😀😀 what a blessing! We all said yur joking but no they said were not joking!
We visited Marathon Souvlaki during our trip from Toronto to Montreal. The server patiently & with a smile answered all of our questions about the menu. The food quality was excellent, & both the taste & price were worth it.
Great food & top notch service as usual. Been coming here for over 10 years & though the prices have changed (with reason) the quality & service haven't.
Whether you choose to dine in or opt for takeout, you can always expect excellent service & consistently high-quality food. I highly recommend the marathon salad with the gyro pita!
