Too often delays in order
It s a pity that you are confirmed with a precise time to pickup your order & you often have to wait another 20 minutes after indicated to receive a simple (but good) salad

The quality is good, fresh. Service is good. I always order it via their website & pickup was always smooth for me. Packaging is good. For sure it is on the pricey side, given that you are eating a salad that we can all make at home. But on the positive side, when you want something to eat & you want to eat healthy-ish, it's a good choice. I would recommend to customize your own salad, especially if you have specifics that you like/dislike.

The salads are really good, but I placed an online order for pickup well in advance & it was 15 minutes late. Given the price, I find this unacceptable & will not be back during the lunch rush. Also, the size has significantly decreased over the years.

I ordered food online 10am to pick up at 12:30pm, I arrived at Mandy's & I have to wait more than 25 minutes. They have a huge disorganization with the orders people who arriving to order where serve before me. Moreover I ordered my salad without broccoli & they put broccoli on it. It's my last time I am going to Mandy's at Phillips square. Horrible service. I have only 30 min for lunch time & they make me wait 25 min in his restaurant to pick up a salad that I ordered in the morning. Seriously?

Très déçue par la qualité & le service. Payer plus de 30 $ pour une salade composée majoritairement de verdure en grande quantité, c'est inacceptable. Les autres ingrédients étaient quasi inexistants, & la mangue était si dure qu'elle était immangeable. De plus, j'avais réservé ma commande à une heure précise & j'ai dû attendre 25 minutes sur place. La seule explication reçue ? « Ben on a du monde, on a oublié votre commande. » Aucun sens du service client. À éviter.

Rapport qualité-prix un peu élevé pour des salades, mais elles sont très bonnes & originales. Les boissons également. L'emplacement en terrasse est super lorsqu'il fait beau.

Not worth the 30$ salad. The kitchen forgot to add the extra ingredients i paid for & i spent 10 extra minutes during my break to go back. They didn't even apologized. Customer experience is unbearable... Lesson learned i will go elsewhere.

What a dose of expectation vs. Reality. 17 dollars + cash tip for a soggy salad that looked like it was already half eaten when I opened it..I used to go to the westmount location when I lived there & never had this issue so im not sure if this is a location issue or if this is an shinkflation issue but I will not be returing. Even without the lack of food the bowl/flavour is so watery you'd think a salad spinner wasnt used to dry the leaves. I will say the cashier was great!

Mandy's used to be a go-to. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, consistency. That's clearly gone.

Now, $30 gets you a carelessly assembled salad made with produce that often looks like it's on its last leg. Portion sizes have shrunk dramatically while prices continue to climb. Shrinkflation is one thing. Charging premium prices while quality visibly declines is another. Mandy's is both.

What's frustrating is how predictable this feels. A business finds success, expands, & somewhere along the way starts prioritizing margins over the actual product that built the brand. Consistency is what keeps customers loyal. Right now, Mandy's is consistently disappointing.

Customers are the reason you were able to expand. People supported your business because they believed the quality justified the price. That trust disappears quickly when repeat customers feel like they're being taken advantage of.

& if you're going to charge luxury prices for a salad, maybe act like a business that actually values its customers. Respond to the negative reviews. Make things right when people have bad experiences. Ignoring unhappy customers, downgrading your ingredients all while continuing to raise prices is tone-deaf.

Spend your $30 elsewhere. I won't be supporting this business anymore.
