Okay hear me outttt It's a pretty damn good sandwich, but I have to compare it to Omnivore & both my fiancé & I agreed that Omnivore makes the best shish tawok sandwich in the region. The garlic sauce is unreal, love the fries. Staff is friendly. Overall 4.5/5!Voir plus

I walked in. Everything seems cool. Until i begin to place my order & i realize ALL the staff is just chilling laughing & taking pictures. The cashier had to ask me my order three times because she was too busy talking & laughing with her co workers to pay attention to my order. I asked for extra spice & they missed the detail. I asked for to go, they missed that detail. If you want to run a successful restaurant you should focus your attention on the customer. Everyone here was just working for fun & having a good time. At some point a cook walked off his line to take some pictures while customers are waiting for food. Is this how you want to run a new restaurant? A fast food restaurant is often just a place to grab a quick bite to go. This place is different for so many Lebanese people in Montreal. It takes us back to a hot summer day where we were hungry & craving a shish taouk sandwich. The food : very generous with all the ingredients. There's a hearty portion of chicken in the sandwich, which in itself is colossal. The service is excellent & the whole team makes you feel welcome. I'm guessing this is a family run operation for now because of the cohesion of the team & how they all work in sync. I hope they keep it up as time passes by. I can't wait for them to expand their menu to everything they are supposed to be offering, but it's insanely busy now. Sticking to shish taouk makes sense for the time being.Voir plus

Amazing experience. I never ate at Malak al tawouk in Lebanon but my friends told me it tastes the same. We tried the first time & food was delicious. & we ended up coming the week after too. The place was crowded on both times so we had to take out. Service was great, very welcoming & nice staff. Although there is long line but they are fairly fast. The size of the sandwich is decent, one large could be more than enough ( even the medium one is decent) the prices are really reasonable. My only comment is My friend had the Special sandwich with cheese & turkey in it, she barely tasted the turkey. I had the one with cheese, it's good but I would like & expect to have more cheese in the sandwich. But overall great food great staff great experience, I would definitely come back again & again.
