korean(33) bibimbap(13) kimchi(10) tasty(9) rapide(9) coreen(7) bulgogi(7) recommend(7) chinatown(6)The place looks sketchy at first because of the staircase but the inside is cozy & good service. We took a fried rice skewer which was very delicious. The kimchi soup lost some points because of the taste, not spicy enough. We also took a beef japchae which was very flavorful but there wasn't enough beef, only like 6-7 pieces. However, will definitely come back to try other dishes.Voir plus
i ordered the dukmanduguk & it was disappointing to see that there were very few pieces of rice cake(duk) inside the soup. The consistency was not very thick & was lacking flavour all around. However the banchan is ok but there is a fee for kimchi which puzzles me as I have never had to pay for side dishes. My last experience was better however this time was a little sad.Voir plus
The staff was super accommodating & the food was great. Would highly recommend!
Greasy. One of the worst Korean meals i've had in montreal so far, I should of saved my $.Voir plus
still a chinatown staple 4-5 years later, even through covid. great food, great staff. better to go outside of the lunch rush.Voir plus
Bibimbap was excellent as well as the kimchi pork stir fry. Will come back again for sure. I love that they also offer bibimbap in two types of bowls. One in dolsot (hot) & in stainless bowl (cold, which I prefer.. most Koreans do I feel)Voir plus
Pleasantly surprised to have stumbled across this place because the line across the street was very long. We got in just before the kitchen was closing & we weren't sure if we'd get turned away. The server was exemplary, he didn't even mention closing time, got us our food promptly, & was pleasant all around thoughout the service.Voir plus
There is barely a wait. Good quality food great price.Voir plus
Très bonne cuisine! Je viens de temps en temps avec mes collègues pour manger ici le midi.Voir plus
We were a group of three people, went a little after 12:30, there was no line so we didn't wait. We ordered 150$ worth of food, took home some really good pickled radish (insanely good & cheap) & enjoyed some soju there. We ate everything so fast we didn't even have time to take pictures. The lady there was sweetest ever, 100/10 recommend to anyone in the area, it really is THE place in Chinatown to get Korean foodVoir plus
Great food. Too bad I don't go to Montreal often.Voir plus
On a essayé plein de plats & tout était super délicieux! Le service était étonnamment rapide. Tellement bon qu'on a pris un takeout pour plus tard!Voir plus
The restaurant is situated in a basement & accessible only through the stairs. Overall experience was ok, the place is small but functional. Ordered the hot bibimbap & the potato as a side, the bibimbap was filling & really nice, only complain is the beef amount probably around 20g if not less, basically non existent but vegetables really fresh & tasty, the potato side I simply loved it. I remember the sides used to be included in the main dish but I guess cost got too high. Prices are fair for what you get so a solid option for Korean food.Voir plus
Delicious & authentic food, would definitely go againVoir plus
